   Made a mess of my nails and filed so hard it broke the skin. Almost every nail has deep notches at the sides. Very disappointed as it's usually a fab place. I was rushed and it showed. Still painful a day later.

   Edit: left work to go back in and she did offer to remove them or paint over them for free. Even though they didn’t agree there was an issue so I appreciated that. But sorry they weren’t perfect, not even salon level. Id heard good things so I went. I had my nails done here for first time. Nails were a bit wobbly so I called up and asked if it falls off can I come back. I also said there’s a bit of paint on my fingers and the lady shouted at me, told me to get back right now when I’d already explained I have to go to work. Then hung up on me. I called again and she shouted again. I wasn’t asking for money back just if it could be fixed. I was very upset to be spoken to like that at the time.

   Sat there for 40 mins with no eye contact just sitting on there phones having conversations with over people on FaceTime while having nails done and I thought it was very rude.
