My normal nail tech is on maternity leave so I can hear and had my nails done (builder gel and shellac) just over 2 weeks ago. Thumb started hurting and turned bright red not long after. Nails chipped a day later. I took the nails off today as they were all ruined and causing my natural nails to snap. My thumb also felt hot and looked funny in the corner, I pressed on my thumb and turns out my thumb had become infected. Probably because all nail techs were sharing equipment and they didn’t look very clean. Please don’t come to this nail salon.
Not even 1 star got a set of acrylics done which were on the price list as £27 when I payed they upped the price to £32…. Rip off…… I had them done a few years ago there too and ended up with a fungal infection only went again as I was told it had been taken over……. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Love this place! WOULD RECOMMEND! I’m a regular and the employees are so kind, they offer me water all the time and my nails stay on for so long. They help me decide my colours and are honest when there is something they can’t do. Loyalty cards are also a plus!
Had shellac nails done less then 2 weeks ago. 2 days later one nail started peeling off. Went back had it fixed. Fast forward a few days and that nail started coming away again. Went in friday to get it fixed again and she didnt hear right and took the polish off all and redid them. Great. Till that night when 2 of them were bubbling off. Went back saturday and they redid them and then this morning 2 further ones coming away at the edges.16 quid for the first lot and 19 for the second. Right waste of my money
Terrible looks like a 3 year old done my nails had them on for a couple of hours and one has chipped already Never go back again wouldn’t recommend at all
Staff are very friendly, good prices too. I have my nails done regularly here and they have always been fantastic
•Worst place I’ve ever been to have my nails done. Would definitely not recommend it or go back. •From the moment I stepped in the customer service was appalling. •Nails were not cut, filed, cuticles not done before acrylics were put on. •Just threw tips on fast not even straight. • Cut my finger with the filer. Then dug her nail into the cut. Pain is unbearable. •Was customer jumping as she was doing them as she was alone in the shop. •Overall nails are a show and a waste of £35! Will be telling my friends about the service.
