   I honestly didn’t want to write this, because I always try to support everyone’s business and avoid negative feelings. But the pain has become unbearable, and what happened to me has left me genuinely heartbroken. So I had a manicure at your salon seven days ago. The next day I felt some discomfort, but I thought it was normal. Instead, the pain kept getting worse. For the last three days, all my nail beds have been swollen, inflamed, and extremely sore. Today, I even saw pus coming out. I went to the walk-in centre, and they confirmed it’s an infection and prescribed antibiotics. What upsets me the most is that this didn’t happen on its own. I don’t know how the instruments were handled, but this infection is clearly the result of poor handling. Accepting that has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing for me. I can barely move my fingers, and the constant pain is affecting everything I do. I never wanted to say anything negative, but I’ve been suffering so much that I felt I had no choice but to speak up. I really hope this is taken seriously.

   100% recommend Suzy Nails, I have been with Suzy for a long time now getting my nails and pedicures done, I wouldn't got to anybody eles now. I also have a brow wax and tint, great value for money plus I can get all my treatments done under the 1 roof. Amazing
