Zero Stars I had an email reminder of my appointment. Drove up from Southampton in very bad weather conditions. Upon arrival. No you don’t have an appointment. Showing the reminder. Yes he left and his diary has been deleted. Brilliant. Customer service at its finest.
I have been coming to this Dentist since I was 5 years old, not living in Byfleet now, but still like to come here. I have Gavin for my treatment and Jemiyah as my hygenist. Both are very professional, friendly and nice people. I’m pleased that I get such good care by the team.

When I chipped a front tooth a few years ago, Gavin expertly filled it. Then when I recently chipped the filling, Gavin restored it to good as new. Gavin is always incredibly thorough, carefully explaining everything in detail. He even has a knack of rendering the injection for local anaesthetic almost painless. He actually makes a visit to the dentist into a positive experience!
I was experiencing severe tooth pain, and so yesterday I went to Roseneath Surgery. My issue was rapidly diagnosed and expertly resolved with so much consideration, all within my appointment slot! Absolutely amazing and prompted me to write this review (which I've been meaning to do for a long time and never do). My family and I travel 1.5hrs to Roseneath Dental Surgery for our dental treatment (despite living very busy lives) as we always receive the very best expert care by the friendly, trustworthy & knowledgeable team here. Our friends also travel from Berkshire, as it is difficult to find a honest, skilled and professional team like those at Roseneath! It has a safe, clean and relaxing environment too.
