As an endurance athlete I often suffer from injuries in various places, including dislocated SI joint, hip problems and a dislocated ribs in a thoracic spine... Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of them, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude and a very pleasant atmosphere. “I went to see Debra 3 weeks ago, suffering from an acute pain in my lower calf, and a very sore knee. Walking and stairs were extremely difficult, and I needed to use a walking stick. Debra suggested 3 sessions in 1 week using a variety of techniques, to help these two problems. The calf pain healed quickly however the knee was more problematic. After the second week I felt things had got worse. Debra had explained in the beginning that this could occur. I am now 3 weeks after treatment, the calf is completely back to normal. “I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. “Asalaamualaykum all, I attended the cupping clinic today for my first ever hijama session. I was greeted by the receptionist & Mustaqeem one of the hijama specialist who welcomed me and explained the steps of the process. I was nervous but the brother put me at ease and comfort. During the actual hijama he informed me of what he was going to do next and I was able to ask questions. The clinic also included free complimemtary fire cupping into my package. All in all alhamdulillah a great experience, I would like to say thank you to the clinic staff very professional and courteous.
