“I first met Dr Ali in April 2019. He immediately put me at ease and all the treatment I needed to have was fully explained, including a bone graft so I never felt nervous during any of the procedures. Dr Ali was so easy to talk to, friendly and very reassuring. Covid 19 delayed things for a few months but the wait was definitely worth it. My last visit was 2nd September to have the implants put in. When I saw the results I was so happy I cried. I can't praise Dr Ali enough for everything he has done for me. He has a great team working with him. I would also like to thank Liz who has been so helpful and kind To anyone who has been thinking about having implants, don't hesitate any longer. He also provides options for you to consider so you feel like more control of your situation instead of feeling “take it or leave it” like all the other dental practice I have visited before. And the staffs are very on top of your case. You can tell they care about you and you are just not another “case” they have to deal with. “Best dental practice I've ever been to I saw Dr Prashar for a check-up and fillings, I am a very nervous patient and have a big fear of dentists but Dr Prashar and his nurse Colleen were amazing and helped me through my fear, made sure I was calm and relaxed the whole time, always reassuring me and letting me know what they were doing I can now go back without fear as I didn’t feel a thing during treatment and fillings were amazing. Hearing this is what finally convinced me to book an appointment with him and place my trust in his care. I honestly do not regret that decision I made. Because of his gentle approach, his patience, and his reassuring manner, I now feel the complete opposite of how I used to feel. The advice he gave, particularly about which flosser to use, was clear and practical, and I went straight out to buy it. The follow-up report was detailed and professional, and I’ve already noticed an improvement in my gums and oral health.
