   This is the best student accommodation Worcester has to offer, and is a good example of how a Grade II listed building can be brought back to life and given new purpose. A review on here would have you believe that the washing machine is costly to use; this was a temporary hitch, which has been resolved and the machine is once again free for residents to use. The managing agents (Purple Cactus) and the maintenance team (Aspire Trades) do a great job to ensure the place runs smoothly and matters are attended to as quickly as possible.

   Charlotte works extremely hard to ensure all students living here are living comfortably and fairly, she’s always going above and beyond to sort out any issues. The maintenance team (David etc) always fix an issue as soon as possible. They don’t leave issues for a later date or provide half assed temporary fixes, they get the job done, if it weren’t for them I wouldn’t renew.

   Love it here my daughter has just moved in a flat which is ideally located for Worcester University which she attends. Very nice flat in a lovely historic building which has a modern feel along side it's historic roots.

   These accommodations are like new, well equipped & all, but they’re not cheap, plus the 1 & only washing machine is super expensive & so are the dryers. Some residents are so noisy when we try to study and or sleep, even on weekdays.

   Great building, superb room, fairly close to local amenities. Patrick from Purple Cactus was very honest and open. My daughter has fell in love with everything there and cannot wait to move in.
