Rubbish don't waste your time with them. Better places to go in the catchment area. Receptionists are poor so you have no chance of actually getting an appointment.

This place is a sad joke. I’ve been trying to book a non-urgent appointment for four days now, but they keep telling me to call every morning at exactly 8:00:00. If you call at 8:00:02, you’re already 30th in the queue, and after an hour of listening to hold music, you’re told there are no appointments left for the day, but I don't need it this day! They refuse to book you in advance, even though your case isn’t urgent, and just tell you to call again tomorrow clogging the phone lines for people who actually need emergency appointments and leaving everyone else without help and to make things even more ridiculous, the online booking system doesn’t even have a category for my issue, but somehow, when you book online for anything else, there are always appointments available. What a disgrace!

GPs have been good in my experience, but the reception is disgusting. Zero phone manners, zero sympathy, terrible attitude. I'm sure there are other people who would actually appreciate the job. Get rid of them and hire someone with a better attitude.

No complaints with this surgery. Phoned yesterday as feeling unwell and was given an appointment within 24 hours. Arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, seen straight away by a doctor, prescription waiting for me at the chemist by the time I arrived there. What's to complain about?

Very bad service phoned at 8am to be number 34 in the queue. Then when finally got through half hour later receptionist saying all doctors appointments have gone & then shouting down the line she can’t hear me. Very upsetting when you are in excruciating pain

Receptionist is absolutely horrible, rude, saying stuff under her breath, it’s not right at all. I have autism and I find phone calls so difficult and she just is not the person you would want to answer your call. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time.

Absolutely appalling service. Unfortunately, they have no empathy for women who are going through the menopause. I had to pay a private GP who informed me I was given the wrong medication. I am now on the correct treatment because of this private GP but I am struggling to get the medication from this practice. Every time I order it online it is very rarely approved so I have to telephone the practice only to be informed they are only the receptionist and do not know when it will be approved. They then inform me to put it in writing to the practice manager which I have done but this has not been investigated correctly as the issue is still happening. Having now reported them to NHS I await the outcome. If my prescription is not approved I will be without medication again. So please be warned !! Avoid this practice as they also accuse you of being irate, which I have witnesses to say this is not true.

The Drs and nurses i have no complaints, however the reception team well 2 of them are rude unhelpful and give incorrect information, when you make a complaint to the practice manager in writing they tell you the will investigate and get back to you in 20 days, 38 days later no response so have once again I am having to write to them. My partner also received letter to book diabetic review he did that and was given an appointment for early august . Today he received a snotty text saying because he hadn't contacted then they have reduced his medication to weekly and will stop it in one month. When he phoned yet again the rude receptionist told him he had not got a review he told her the date of his app and she said that's just bloods not a review, well excuse me he rang up told you what he was ringing for so is it his problem if you didn't book it all. I know GPs are struggling at the moment as i work in one but come on the basics should be done right. Shambles comes to mind.
