From far the best gp I’ve ever been to as the staff is really respectful, understanding and always with a smile, always trying their best to satisfy everyone. Appointments are easily booked and very rapid. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!

I went for a scan. I've seen another review about a scan that wasn't good: I'm happy to say my experience of the scan was very positive. The woman doing it was great at explaining the process, what it showed and what would happen next. All the stars are for her. But... Is there training in ignoring people for NHS receptionists? I know you could see me. Locked loo needs a key from reception. Then I was trying to tell them about low loo roll. If people who need a pee aren't welcome, don't invite people for scans that involve full bladders to book here. It's degrading. I'm glad some people are treated more favourably by them.
This practise is becoming more inept by the week and some of there nurses need a refresher in bedside manner. some of the doctors need to at least pretend to not be so dismissive. I understand they are up against it but they still supposed to show some avenue of empathy.
All the doctors and staff are 1st class nothing is too much trouble god bless you all
It's a great surgery just unpleasant and unwilling receptionists there.needs to improve on that level other than that the doctors and practice nurses are absolutely fantastic
Completely and utterly useless. We are told that if we have a problem that we should ring a doctor as early as possible, a close relative rang regarding her issues over a year ago now, in the last three months all they have made available for her is three telephone appointments, which do absolutely nothing to help. They are constantly turning her away despite issues ongoing for a year. They use the excuse “she is most likely too young” and refuse to run tests or scans and say “it will most likely be a waste of time” and after several times being promised a face to face appointment all they have offered after a whole calendar year is another telephone appointment. 90% of these staff are lazy, have 0 integrity and are a complete and utter disgrace to the NHS. An ill patient living in constant discomfort should never be turned away, and to say it’s because they’re “too young” and “could be a waste of time” is abysmal. This medical centre along with many others should be closed down until they find a way to hire competent staff that actually want to help the public. I hope to god that someone reads this before signing themselves, or their children up to this medical centre, because their only solution to the high demand in medical care is to turn ill people away. This is medical negligence of the highest degree and on behalf of the locals and the public that rely on this service for our wellbeing, you have severely failed us.
Ive been registered to this practice for 2 years. I appreciate this is a difficult year for all healthcare professionals. I would understand if you are unable to help due to increased workloads etc. But during 2 years i was sick 3 times and i required your practice's support. 2 years ago i had an ear infection i was told that there are no tel appts until a week and a half later and was referred to 111. A year ago i had covid followed up by sinusitis, i was prescribed the wrong nasal spray which made it so much worse. I am sick now and i was given a prescription which i asked to be sent to a different pharmacy than to the Lloyds pharmacy next door. I had to wait outside with a temperature for 10 mins with hopes that the pharmacist will recall the order back within 5 mins like they promised and didnt.I would be very happy to say if during the 2 years you had no effect on my health.Truly. However, unfortunately for me you only had a negative affect on my health. I will look into taking this further.
