Food was disgusting was cold pizza was undercooked would not recommend coming back again chicken was boiled not fried just such a disappointment waited 2 hours for it to arrive
I am extremely disappointed with Caspian Pizza. I was served old and spoiled chicken in my chicken shawarma. After eating a small portion, I became sick and have been suffering from stomach pain and diarrhea for two days. This is a serious health violation. Serving spoiled food to customers is inhumane and unacceptable.
Hi I just vist caspian city centre. The food was good some how. I am the regular customer. I just wanna sit on an empty bench there was an electric illegal modified bike I just litterlly move to make some for me sit on bench. However security guard come and start drama that why I move his bike which was in shop and too closed to sitting area. He was so rude . He used some irrulgar words. I told him that I move ur bike for sitting but he continued his rudeness . My request is for caspian manger and owner that please seek some manners Thanks
I had placed an order through Uber eats and the order was taking longer than usual. I could see there was a delivery driver assigned to the order and was waiting outside. I then called the restaurant after waiting long enough to them saying the pizza is ready but there is no driver. So then I explained there was a driver I was teacki bf him and he was outside waiting but cancelled as it took too long. The person on the phone then passed it to a manager who was rude and instead of apologizing denied that the restaurant was at fault for taking too long but instead said there is no driver. When I explain that there was a driver and he left as the restaurant took too long he became rude and told me to call uber and tell them to send a driver he was also taking over me and wasn’t let me get a word in. I will never be ordering from here again.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The shop was busy with all tables full of customers eating in. Order the meat disaster, it was nice with lots of tomato bass and cheese, but didn't have enough meat compared to other pizza places we've been to. The mixed kebab was delicious.
Absolutely amazing food ordered today. Tasted even better than some of the over priced iranian restaurants in Birmingham. Enjoyed the food thoroughly, nice portion size and lovely flavours.
Friendly staff, great choice & decent prices. There's even a few tables so we ate our pizza there.
I eat here almost everyday and can’t complain one bit. The staff is super helpful and it’s great food all around
The workers are proper waste of time , I’ve waited 20 min for pizza meal , Then they realised no one put my order in the oven I checked with them about the order after 10 mins when I placed it one of the staff said brother it’s coming what shall I do . It wasn’t even in the oven . The shop wasn’t even busy 12:50 am Tuesday 30 august I won’t come back again
This place is appalling!!! The WORST PLACE TO ORDER ANYTHING DO NOT BOTHER!! They delivered my order at way out of my address that was clearly put there so instead of calling to deliver at my correct address he complained with it being “too far” then still decided to leave my order at a random place where it has no association with my address then contacted the dumb place to let them know that their delivery man has not delivered anything to me the person on the phone said my order can’t be found and he can’t do anything about it all they will do is take the money and literally not deliver ANYTHING correctly whilst I was speaking to the person on the phone all he kept doing was raising his voice whilst I told him the service is poor he continuously said thank you and made fun of the reason I called on top of that my partner decided to reach out to the customer service or whoever is copying and pasting the conversation solved no matter couldn’t give the our money back or delivery a new pizza which makes no sense whatsoever
