We were served by Jamal who helped us navigate the menu and available deals, and we landed on exactly the right order. Half and half large pizza and fries, fries were especially good. Jamal was friendly and positive despite having to work a long Boxing Day shift until 5am!
Great Experience! I recently visited the Pizza Hut in Edgbaston and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly , helpful acknowledged especially Jamal , Qasim , Kuldeep and Cherry quick with service. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, perfect for a casual meal. The pizza came out hot and fresh the crust was perfectly baked, and the toppings were generous and flavorful.
Jamal at Pizza Hut Edgbaston provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, polite, and very attentive throughout our visit. He made sure our order was correct, served us promptly, and created a welcoming atmosphere. His positive attitude really stood out and made our dining experience enjoyable. I recently ordered a Large Chicken Feast for collection at Pizza hut, and KASIM provided excellent service. The pizza was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely recommend this branch to my friends!
We got our pizza from here as a walk in the very first time and definitely the last. One order was the pizza with four toppings. We choose three and doubled the mushrooms as a forth choice. But the portion on the pizza was only a single. The meat feast pizza is a bit blend and a bit few topping on it. I know plenty of other places where I get a better one. But most of all: The shop denies to take cash which is a legal tender. They only accept cards. Although if the pizza would be good this would be the reason to never go to this shop again. Stop cashless! The choice how to pay is to me, the customer, only!
Good quality food, shame that I had to wait for two deliveries to get it right after missing off a pizza and getting the other pizza wrong. Their mistake, by the way, was apparently my fault because I ordered near to closing time and because the ovens “turn off automatically” when they close, they couldn’t correct their huge mistake. To their credit though, they arranged to have it delivered from another store but when their driver realised he couldn’t get his car outside where I was staying due to road restrictions he asked me to walk half a mile to collect it from him and then accused me of not compromising!! I can’t believe that a restaurant could be this bad so i’ll just assume it’s a one off as they did try to rectify it but still a very poor experience. Definitely lost my confidence in ordering from here again though.
Delivery was on time, the bloke who came was also polite, had a smile and we had a chat (about the weather of course). Food was nice and still hot/warm.
Came here numerous times over the past year or so. Every single time the customer service is just plain bad. No matter what i order nor the amount i spend I'm looked at and spoken to with a disparaging demeanour. Despite the fact I'm friendly and polite the basic courtesy is never returned. I understand that everybody has their bad days but there isn't an excuse for the attitude and lack of communication on their part. Employees just don't seem to care and it feels like they see it as an inconvenience that you're making them actually do their job. It's depressing considering I try to be nice
Pizzahut Hayley Road Birmingham Edgbaston Morrisons I ordered the offer for buy 2 large pizzas £20.49 15/4/22 This my regular Pizza Hut takeaway the service was excellent the order came on time, I was fasting and by 8pm delivery. However I was so sad dissatisfaction disappointed with my pizza especially the beef one hardly no beef but filled with pickled Jalopanoes too sour to eat. The chicken one was okay but the overall taste wasn’t too good tasty either. Why am I complaining now, today 19/4/22- I wasn’t aware I am allowed to complain until my daughter told me. It wasted all my money, £20.49 and all pizza left in fridge unwanted to eat. I was hungry but eat cornflakes because pizza was so untasted. I am sending the picture from my fridge. All both pizzas are left in my fridge unable eat, usually I heat in microwave the next days-but this occasion I didn’t like taste of both pizzas. Waste of my money. I only enjoy Pizza Hut pizzas because of recipe , so let down
