   Abby is a real G!! Proper good customer service. Huge ratings from me and my partner. Thank you Abby!!! EDIT: EDIT: I returned to the store and he didn’t recognise me so he ignored me. I smiled and asked how he was but he turned around, didn’t smile and continued ignoring me. I was simply waiting for my online pizza when he told me to wait a second while he took a phone call and placed a separate order in front of me. Given my previous experiences, I know a customer is always the top priority but he didn’t acknowledge that. I only gave him the positive review he was begging me to post when I told him. I wasn’t impressed with his handling of the situation and he argued with me. This man needs to improve his customer service skills as his current ones are terrible.

   The delivery from here took a long time, service was rude, the delivery driver was at least nice. The place is supposed to be 14 mins from where I was on Google maps. Our delivery estimate time was 19:25-45, at 19:45 I rang just to check all was ok. They said the driver was on their way. 30 minutes later I rang back to check where they were, they were very rude told me to be patient as the shop was 'far away' (even though I had now waited 50 mins since my delivery window opened and they are 15 mins away) and hung up on me. 5 mins later the delivery driver rang but he was on the wrong side of the road, he was kind and came to the correct place and we finally got our dinner, a bit cold, an hour after our delivery window opened.

   Great Service and Customer Care I recently visited Papa John’s, and the service was excellent. From the start, the staff - Abhi made me feel welcome and took the time to make sure my order was just right. They didn’t rush me and even gave helpful suggestions. While I waited, Abhi kept me updated, which made me feel valued as a customer. When my pizza was ready, it was hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. Overall, Abhi specifically provided an easy and enjoyable experience, with great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Decent Papa John's. Always got a good deal on. Would often use as a student. Pizza was always of decent quality. Delivery always good. Would often enter the Instagram competitions but often felt I was pushed to the side because I would be "too keen". Would recommend though. Just a treak if you're coming from Pritchatts, The Vale or Campus.

   Papa johns always has excellent food and really good service, prices are good and affordable as well as regular offers inshore and online! One of my favourite places to eat from especially as someone who is allergic to dairy and can trust there vegan range.

   Save your money. The store manager who claims she made our pizzas but also handles the calls(which doesn't add up?) thinks I was lying about the state of their pizzas delivered to us. We wanted to return them in full for replacements and she didn't want to help at all continuing to make accusations about my character. That semi circle shaped base is not our doing, nor it being indelibly under-cooked. My 3 month old nephew can do a better job working on that pizza dough!
