Waited over an hour for delivery. Cold food tastes like plastic and furthermore they are not accepting responsibility for the error. Don’t waste money here better places locally
I have ordered pizza from uber eats I get my delivery on time but the pizza was really worse …. I ordered thin crust pizza base and they send like toppings on paper that thin the pizza was …… I invest a big amount on pizzas and it was really unexpected….not recommended

2nd time ordering from here. It seems to be getting worse and worse. Delivery took ages, store didn’t care, food was cold and the pizza was crushed. These are franchise stores not even owned by Dominoes! They need to start holding the franchisees accountable.
Appalled with quality as a start. Hardly any cheese in the margerita. 20 mins the food was delayed. Chicken was chewy and partial uncooked. No wonder they are so quiet at the moment - appalling food prep and the execution
We ordered pizza midweek for a family meal , 2 large pizzas and some sides.. over 1.5 hours later and after several phone calls to the shop (and them not answering) the pizzas arrived. Unfortunately after the driver had left I realised they delivered the wrong pizzas (kids were not happy ) the pizzas that were delivered were cold and soggy. We ended up having to cook dinner after what should have been simple fast food! We finally got through to the shop and they didn't seem to care and offered a refund of 1 pizza in 3-5 days . Absolute joke. Never again.
Very slow, very poor communication and actual delivery times bear no resemblance to what app or website says. Same branch have failed to refund me for a previous order that simply never arrived. Useless.
They charge more then what is on price list when I ask why they said everyday the price is changed and is go up. Like I always buy pizza for 9.99 and today they charge me 21:99 they going up very quick. Thank you Dominos
It’s been two and half hours since I placed my order and I’m still waiting for delivery. Phone Chalfont St Peter Domino’s around 40 mins ago only to be told they busy and my order will be delivered in 20mins. I accept they are busy but this is taking the p**s.
Really good pizza nothing to fault here except the occasional 45 minute wait for a delivery pizza , can’t says it’s happened in a while but it’s Happened a good few times.
