The staff is very friendly and polite ⭐ I think based on the value it was fine. The pizza was not soggy and the vegetables on it were semi cooked which I liked it.
I would say this is our go-to pizza delivery, however it's getting more and more expensive everytime we open the app. I realised last night we only ordered 3 times in 2024 and at £48 for a family of 2.5 itll probably be less often in 2025. That said, you know what you're getting in terms of quality. It's big, filling, greasy and tasty which is perfect if that's your poison. There are better pizzas out there and certainly more authentic ones but not many taste better than domino's does the-morning-after. Perfect leftovers for lunches. Delivery drivers are very nice guys and the service is always supremely reliable. The quality and portions are absolutely fine and I enjoy that dominoes regularly updates its offerings and flavours.
Today I was very disappointed. I ordered my usual pizza. First I went to the shop and my order was not ready. Then they told me after waiting for 10 minutes. Then they told me one of the delivery driver actually mistook my pizza out. So I waited for 15 minutes extra for them to prepare my Margarita pizza they gave me the pizza without checking. I came back home and looked at it and it was burned. So I have to go back to the shop again and show them the picture of the burn pizza. I wish I can send you guys the photo to have a look at it. I'm very disappointed when they close the box can they don't actually see the pizza is burned. I was very disappointed with the service.
Frankly, this 7scthe best Dom's I've ever been to! Great food exactly what I want to hit the spot, but full disclosure - I collected the pizza myself, rather than have it delivered.
Tried to order online and put in my American phone number. Waited 2 hours for the pizza and it never came. I tried calling the restaurant dozens of times and only got a "line busy" tone, over the span of half an hour I never got through. Eventually, I headed over and was informed that the driver tried and failed to call me because they couldn't call my American number. I don't understand why I couldn't have been warned about that in advance. Instead I walked 30 minutes in the ice cold, was made to look stupid by the employees, and left with no pizza and the sketchy promise of a refund in 5-6 days. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I went to order pizza for my kids. Teresa was absolutely amazing. She informed me about the best deals. When I went to collect the pizza it was ready in time. The kids really enjoyed the pizza. Thank you Teresa for fantastic service with a smile! You are a credit to Dominoes!
Their pizza is good but their customer service made me cancel my order. I had delivery where topping was missing. I have phoned them up and they promised me to put a free small pizza under my account the next time I order. A few weeks later when I wanted to place my next order it turned out there was nothing indicated. So they did basically 2 mistakes in a row. I had a very uncomfortable discussion with the manager who was very rude and by the time he said that okay what pizza you like Madame, I was thinking they might spit in my food so I just cancelled it and will look to order from someone else. Big family, ordering often, it's their loss.
