   I had 3, 18 inches Pizza last night it was huge in size and very tasty, customer service was brilliant, food was made on time for collection. very friendly staff.. overall 5 star, will go back and recommend to others.

   This place is disgusting.The pizzas taste awful and the staff are rude as they want you out of there as soon as possible.Dont go there.

   A friend of mine got the wrong address, the driver delivered to the address given. Refused to redeliver and told us that the people at that address accepted it. The people who work at this place need to learn how to speak to customers on the phone politely.

   Nearly 2 hours for a pizza! I ordered at 1.47 and it's now 3.13 am on a Monday morning. Let's hope it's worth the wait otherwise won't be ordering again! Bloody fuming. Rang 20 mins ago they said it's on the way I'm only a 5 min drive from them.

   Very Good service Staffs are very polite.. I was using this pizza shop for long time few years ago I have ordered pizza from this shop it was really bad the cheese they used was rotten I called the shop and it was bad experience..I had to trow the pizza in the bin then I wrote a complaint to the food standard agency. I had good respond from them I stoped ordering from them. When the new management took over I tried the pizza from them No words to say it was top delicious. Now I am a big Fan of this shop I order every week Pizza is tasty good quality toppings I appreciate the management once again for your wonderful service...

   Disgusting overall service! First off, we ordered and was given a predicted time of delivery within an hour. Shortly after placing the order we were called to say no chicken wings left, we had ordered 2 portions! So we changed to chicken strips instead. Nearly 2 hours later the food turned up minus 15.50 pounds worth of food! Called but no answer so I had to call from a next number they picked up straight I explained my food was missing and he didn't want to listen, just said I'm busy I know what's missing will get it out to you! So I don't see how that justifies not sending the 2 portions of chicken strips they called us about, garlic bread and ice cream. Nearly 2 hours later no delivery of food we had paid driver for and no call from restaurant!! Called just eat to sort out order out and was told they can't deliver so we have been given credit! Chips we ordered looked like they had cracked black pepper on but on further investigation it was dirt from fryer, so 2 portions went in bin! We ordered 2 pizzas however it was minus pepperoni only mushroom and onion on it! Would not recommend this shop as I explained to the staff it's my daughter's birthday and we ordered as a special treat. These guys ruined that for her and didn't even have decency to rectify there mistakes. Would never order again and only shop here if you want to give your cash away!!

   Never again!!!! I gave this place a second chance and again my order was wrong........I called and complained! The person who answered the phone at first was not listening and then told me I was wrong......I had what I ordered? Refused to collect the wrong order and refund me. Nonexistent customer service and horrible people to deal with......avoid at all costs!!!!!
