   Ordered food. Driver cancelled over sn hour later and told to contact the store. No answer from their phone. Drove down there and told that we would have to pay again if we want our food and expect a refund from the first order on Monday. No apology, no attempt to make it right. No understanding of why we might be stressed. Really the worst. Waited in store for ordered food and that was wrong too. Glad I practice meditation.

   We ordered food, the food got cancelled after 40 minutes of the driver not moving and no one would answer the phone to us. We drove up and ended up seeing our driver who would have had our food and tried to speak to him, he said no to us and we were told we would have to re purchase our food. It was about a £50 order. And we were given no reason as to why it was cancelled and our money taken without any attempt to re deliver

   Really disappointed with my order from Papa John’s Carshalton. The pizza arrived cold and soggy, with a chewy crust and hardly any flavor. The cheese was greasy and bland, and the sauce tasted overly sweet and artificial.Pizza arrived cold, soggy, and tasteless. Staff were rude when I called to complain. Really poor service from Papa John’s Carshalton. Terrible service and quality. Pizza was undercooked and the staff didn’t care at all. Won’t be ordering from Papa John’s Carshalton again.

   As soon as me and my colleague walked in there was an extremely rude man at the till who said “guys give me 5 mins as I’m busy and cannot take orders at the minute” and walked off screaming. Few minutes of waiting and he comes back again and says “guys if you wanna make things easier can you order online and make payment online as I cannot serve you at the minute” and again walked away. This happened at lunchtime and this experience was enough to make us go across the road to the pizza shop who were amazing and complete different experience. I work at St. Helier hospital and most of my colleagues are now aware of what happened and this has put them off. Please avoid this place unless you’re resilient to rudeness.

   Great gluten free and dairy free pizza. The staff are really helpful and checked all the ingredients fully. Pizza was so soft and they did NOT scrimp on the vegan cheese. Will def order again. Thanks

   Took over an hour for delivery, which by corporates standard is very slow. They also forgot to put in 2 dips that I paid for. Yes it’s only £1, but that’s still £1 I’ve worked for. The garlic bread with cheese tastes just like the awful fake butter garlic dip they give for free and so we couldn’t eat it. The pizzas and chicken side were nice however, and that’s why I’ve awarded 3*. Have had worse deliveries in my life but I’ll not be ordering from here ever again.

   I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I’ve ordered a pizza not knowing there was pork in it, I’ve called the restaurant to explain that we don’t eat pork, hoping that they would change the pizza. Instead they started screaming over the phone, and defending theirselves. Which was really rude, I’m just so shocked and mostly disappointed. All they could have done is swap the pizza, instead of making the situation so long. When I asked if I could speak to the manager they said the manger wasn’t here. I wouldn’t consider anyone ordering from this place, it’s a NIGHTMARE!!!!! Looking back to previous reviews seems to be repeating itself.

   Food was hot and nice when delivered, but it took an hour to get here after having called them twice. I live 5 minutes away and it should have taken 20 minutes. It took an hour because they didn't check their incoming orders. No apology, one of the guys I spoke to over the phone kept talking over me, wasn't listening to what I was saying so kept having to repest myself. Not observant, next time I'll just collect.

   Monday 12/12/22 . 20:27 Food was delivered cold with a hair in it spoke to the 'manager' who refused to give me his name over the phone and didn't apologise about the hair in my food and told me 'these things happen what do I want him to do about it' very rude and highly unprofessional. Didn't refund my food Can not believe the level of rudeness and unprofessional Last time eating with them

   1st time i've ordered from papa Johns and maybe the last. Pizza pretty rubbery, Cheesey jalapeno bites were horrible and the potato tots were under cooked. Not the most exspensive pizza place so i guess you get what you pay for.
