   Took a visit to the York dungeons so we called in here after and was told 30 minute wait for food which was fine. We was taken upstairs it took 18 mins to get our order taken then the starter came after about 10 mins which was fine. An hour later we had to ask for our pizzas and we was told 5 mins which turned into another 15 mins. The pizzas came and my daughters was a disgrace it should of had vegan cheese on it and there was a tiny bit. To be fair they did remake this. The pepperoni pizza hardly had any pepperoni on it and the sloppy one forget the name was fine. For the cost of it all it wasn't value for money and the waiting about really spoilt it as most of our afternoon was wasted, won't be coming back. Edit the upstairs toilets were a disgrace boths mens urinals out of order and the only toilet had wee on the floor was disgusting

   We went to this location last night and the food was phenomenal! Arthur was our waiter, cook and host! He was incredibly nice and watching him make the pizza was loads of fun. Highly recommend this place!

   Disappointing visit! Obviously being managed & run by young staff who whilst constantly touching their hair (Non of the staff had it tied back) & faces then continued to rub their noses whilst touching each pizza to place a pizza cutter under there edge.... The toilet wash a disgrace & we had a staff member stood at our sides for over an hour just wiping the cutlery with blue towel out of a dishwasher tray. Totally disjointed outfit, the only saving grace being the three hardworking professional chefs, whom appeared to work as a team preparing the food! Tables dirty, floors unclean, really disappointing visit...

   Came here for some food after visiting the market in hopes of a warm and enjoyable experience. Really wasn’t happy with my visit. 1 waiter in particular was very rude and abrupt. He had a very bad attitude towards customers, he made it seem like it was an issue to be serving us. Never listened to any of our requests either. Won’t be visiting again.

   What a lovely time we had. We sat near where the staff prepared the drinks. The manager spoke with the staff in this area and what a lovely manager he was! He clearly had a great relationship with his staff and everyone working there was happy and smiley. We left feeling happy too!

   Restaurant was nearly empty, which isn’t a good sign but as it was mid week we decided to dine here anyway. The manager was less than enthusiastic and didn’t seem at all bothered by being there. Spent most of the time we were here either on her phone or chatting to the chefs. We finally ordered and the drinks came over wrong. We were served Gin when we ordered non alcoholic drinks, not great if we’d had an issue with alcohol. But once we got the waitress’ attention she quickly remedied this with a smile and apology. The food came out and mostly was cold or burnt. The prawns were cold, the calamari and chicken strips were burnt. The dough balls were delicious as always. Ignoring the temperature of the prawns and broccoli the flavour was lovely, such a shame they weren’t served when ready. It took a while to get the managers attention again, as she was chatting with the chefs’, to get the bill sorted so we could finally get out of there. But finally it was sorted, we paid in app rather than wait for a card machine. Safe to say we won’t return.
