   We ordered a delivery lastnight at 7 o'clock. Our food turned up at 9.15. We rang after an hour and was told it's on its way in 10 minutes. Half hour later still no food. Rang back again they said 5 minutes. Half hour later still no food. When the food arrived my chicken burger was the driest thing ever. The tiniest bit of mayo on and cold. Threw it in the bin. Never again. 1st n last time ordering here. Shocking.

   Ordered while here for a weekend away. Order came missing a drink and dips we had paid for. Two bone dry kebabs when we had selected sauces and cheese and salad on one. Called to ask if they could rectify and I have never spoken to such an arrogant, disgusting company in my life. First called me a liar. Then told me everything missing was in a bag that must of been given to someone else. Then again I was lying as the man on the phone had apparently made the order himself. Asked them to resend as by the time extras arrived it would of been cold. They said they'd send 1 because it's not like we were going to eat 2 anyway. Then shouted at me to go to deliveroo to sort before I hung up. Unbelievable. People get things wrong and that's fine but the customer service was awful and put a dampner on my whole weekend here. If you're reading also very rude manager please see attached photos of kebabs as dry as your personality and tell me exactly what I was lying about

   After second visit, pizza still very good. Burger and kebab are garbage. Even if it offers delivery when ypu put it through they tell you they can't deliver. Again pizza are great everything else isn't

   I've been ordering from Buffalo since they opened and their food always arrives hot and on time, good quality fresh food, I order my pizza well cooked as I prefer well done, which the owner knows, plus I love their coleslaw its delicious, as does my son, I can't say I've ever complained as the service is good staff are polite, the food is good and the prices are good to. The owner always asks how we are and is friendly it's nice to have that personal touch but there again we have been going there since it opened. I won't go anywhere else, if you get good service why would you go else where ???

   Unclear order and waited over an hour for a re-delivery of food. Yes. A “second delivery” attempt as we as customer, were “wrong” for reading their menu (where it clearly doesn’t label peppers are on their meal deal pepperoni pizza). Slightly worrying as they said the pepperoni had peppers labelled on the individual pizzas but not, on the pepperoni pizza listed on the meal deal. Be very careful about slacking on menu information on your meal deals; for allergies sake at least! The pepperoni was soft and felt uncooked. Also, giving us back the same pizza (lukewarm, thanks!) an HOUR later is incredibly poor. The standard situation resolution would have been to have given us a fresh pizza, apologise for the misunderstanding in your website’s labelling and offered anything to help. We aren’t looking for trouble or being a rude customer; we just know the standard in nice takeaways. We shall not use your business again nor recommend.

   Beautiful pizza's with plenty of toppings, my 1st time ordering & will definitely order again .... ok my 1st review !!! A year later & the service has gone downhill for me i had a chicken & mushroom delivered instead of chilli con carne (i hate mushrooms) i messaged them & got no answer... & last night was the last straw really undercooked pizza base , I've had the odd soggy pizza before but this actually made me feel sick & completely put me off from ordering again... sorry but im sure plenty of customers disagree & you've only lost 1 customer
