   This evening me and my partner went searching for one of our favourites and the lovely barista Oliver delivered exponentially he was a delight to be served by making our experience all the more enjoyable we got our favourite drink that many other stores said they didn’t do made light jokes and commentary honestly best barista experience I’ve had from Starbucks before. Definitely will be going back here again. Thank you Oliver.

   Staff are good but sometimes feel like they're in a rush to get you served and out even when they're quiet. Quick service otherwise. Prices are a little high but very convenient for a quick and convenient caffeine fix

   Obviously I was wearing my invisibility cloak when I visited. It could have been my age, as I'm far beyond being young and trendy. I'm just searching for a reason why I was ignored at the counter whilst the person behind me in the queue was served? Left without ordering and found somewhere with polite staff.

   Went to this Starbucks after going to the museum of science and industry with my kids. The food and drink is to be expected but the staff went above and beyond to be warm and friendly to both my children.

   Staff here are racist! I’ve been here quite regularly and generally had pleasant experiences. However, this morning I went in and waited behind two people, an Asian man and a white man in front of him getting served. As soon as the barista served the white customer she decided to start doing other things, alongside two other staff members. So three staff members who were apparently all too busy to serve just two customers (both Asian). Another customer comes, a white customer may I add, as soon as he’s ready to be served the cashier approached and served him, and a couple more other white customers before eventually serving the Asian customer in front of me. And then she decided to continue serving other white customers while ignoring me who had clearly been waiting longer than all of them. I just walked out of there in the end. Absolutely disgusting!!! Can’t believe it’s 2023 and people are still treating POC’s this way. Definitely won’t becoming again if I see this blonde lady at the register again. Cafe Nero offered a much better and speedier service!

   I go there every time under the illusion that the coffee tastes like the Italian one but it rightly remains only an illusion. The people who work there are very polite and helpful.

   Everytime I have been in I have been asked my name for the order, Dawn. Quite simple, one syllable and not uncommon. The first time I came to this particular brach I think the barrista was either so embarrassed or confused he just left it on the sign. My name had been put down as 'THAN'. Since them I have had names of Jojo and Door. I just have no words for this other than Sh*trucks.

   Good typical Starbucks but desperately needs a deep clean. Most of the seats had stains and you could see several places where drinks were spilt. Had a bit of a stale smell inside. Honestly a good location, it just needs a deep clean.

   Quietest in town!!! Everyone were walked past were mega busy but this had plenty of seating available. 2 toilets to share but apart from that, its nice!
