“Very convenient and handy little store. Nice staff and even a friendly security guard. A little bit more expensive than some supermarkets. But you pay for the quality and local convenience i guess. Handy for people who live on Chaple Street”

“I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain. Such a small & cosy place with truly phenomenal food, both in variety and in quality. We feasted on miso, handrolls, sashimi, sushi and desert... and I was blown away with every aspect. The service is super efficient, all their staff are really friendly, and all their vans are fuel efficient. “I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. “Having stayed at the Treehouse London I was looking forward to trying the newer and larger Treehouse Manchester. I decided to book the hotel as value was good at time of booking and location next to shopping centre and short walk to Aviva Studios was ideal. The room was very comfortable, large and well appointed with amenities needed for my short stay. Wider hotel had lots to offer as well with well equipped gym, plenty of spots to dine and drink and even a movie theatre. Will certainly be considering a future stay and visit to this hotel.”

“Super workplace coffee shop in Exchange Quay. Easy to drop in for coffee with a group - never a long wait and very quick service. Great quality coffee, and 50p off when using a reusable coffee cup. Many other options such as alternative lattes and teas. Also new cakes & pastries available each week. Small seating space downstairs, or large benches and sofas for groups upstairs.”

“To me, it is one of the best branches of Nero’s in the country. All the baristas here are decent and make tasty coffee and also very friendly. The menu was taken on 13 Apr 2024. Quiet, nice and cozy ambience. There are also four or five tables outside at the front and a couple more tables at the back. There are a few pay-at-machine parking spaces just outside the cafe and also two or three (non-free) parking lots around. (Browncross Street Car park is an expensive place and you might want to use Si P Spaw Street Arches Car park which is much cheaper. However, it is not so obvious where the boundary lies between the two car parks so watch out for it as there seem to be many people who got fined for wrong parking there.)”

“I often go out of my way to walk a little bit extra to visit this Costa as I find it a much nicer location than any of the other city centre branches! I'd been wanting to try the tandoori bhaji flatbread for a while but had tried 3 other Costas in Manchester and had no luck. Went to Bridge Street and got one straight away. The staff are always super friendly, the location is more peaceful than others in the city centre and it's always been clean when I've nipped in for a coffee or lunch. This is one of my favourite Costa branches and I would highly recommend visiting this one.”

I’ve received flowers from David Wayman from my family and my partner on different occasions, on my graduation, on Valentine’s Day and my birthday. I loved all the bouquets I got. They were beautiful, I decided to buy flowers for my family when they came visiting. Fantastic bouquets, super talented florist, meticulous service. We composed the bouquet together based on what my mum liked, she loved it! Thank you so much for such fantastic job!”

“I used Clean Haven because as a single mother and someone who works full time the house work was getting too much for me. I booked a deep clean and wasn't disappointed I gave cleaning wizz Sam a mini tour of my house madness. He just got on with the job in a respectful professional and non judgemental manner. Sam put on his gloves and got straight into it, keeping me updated all through out. By the end of the deep clean I could smell and see the difference in the house. I have since then used Clean Haven for standard cleans, I would be lost without them. Outstanding value for money. Top marks from me deffo.”
