Love M&S Bought all my Christmas food here again this year the staff are lovely and extremely helpful and friendly definitely recommend shopping here it's amazing

Great for a food shop, surprisingly their organic bananas are cheaper than any other store as well as they taste better and last longer,
Got some great ingredients here that you won't find in Lidl.
Fantastic food hall with a lovely cafe attached, food it really good and the service prompt, always clean and tidy with friendly staff.
Great little store but could do with more plant based meals
Parking is free BUT beware if you go a couple of minutes over (which is easy with all the local shopping ) the parking police jump on you with £100 fine .
DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. We visited twice on a single day and the car parking company at the store registered this - with their faulty equipment - as a single visit and issued us with a fine for staying over 7 hours (as opposed to two visits totalling about 10 minutes). M&S customer services refused to offer any help whatsoever and advised I must go through the parking company's appeal process, which is designed to be as difficult as possible. My opinion is M&S have a duty of care to ensure visitors to their stores are not treated like this, regardless of whether the carparks they benefit from are operated by 'third party' companies.
Popped into M&S Sunday needed flowers and chocolates for my wife’s birthday. The staff were very friendly and when I came to the checkout it was a bit busy so I went to self checkout. Not switched on to that system but a lovely lady called Carol whisked it through for me, she was great, service with a smile! My wife rates M&S and I can see why. We’ll done Carol!
