At 10.30am someone in their wisdom decided that the freezers should be emptied and changed round, this left most of the freezers empty. I said to staff your low on stock aren't you? They then said about changing the freezers round. What a stupid decision to make to do thus on a Wednesday morning during morning shopping hrs leaving freezers empty and been unable to get half of what I wanted to get. This sort of huge change around should have been done before opening or after closing NOT during opening hours.

Paid for products via UberEats from this store which turned out to be out of date (by months) and had damaged packaging rendering items not safe for consumption. Very disappointed.

Placed an order on uber eats for Β£25 worth of groceries for my family, ordered 6pm thought this was no problem as the shop shut at 7pm and they still accepted orders. I then had countless uber drivers waiting to pick up my order until 8pm but obviously the shop was shut. Iceland in future if you donβt feel like fulfilling my delivery, please just reject this so I can order a better shop. Thanks.

So I was out shopping and popped into Iceland In Prestwich to get some food shopping, Store was spotlessly clean, Very well stacked shelves and freezers, Great selection of stock across each department, Polite and friendly staff, Competitive prices and grabbed myself some bargains. Free Parking nearby, Disabled bays, Ample parking.

VERY expensive and overpriced products!! Couldn't believe my eyes. The Β£1 section is probably the best value fridge in the whole store. Please stick to the regular supermarkets and avoid this rip off merchant! For what I paid in Iceland I could have bought another 2 weeks worth of food from elsewhere. If it wasn't for using a gift card I wouldn't have shopped there.

Really pleasant and helpful lady who assisted me today. I went for a few things and bought more than anticipated. The lady arranged a delivery slot for me there and then and helped with the packing. A credit to the shop and Tesco and M&S could learn a thing or two about customer service skills . Will be back

Ideal for quick shop but maybe needs a revamp. Son worked here 15 years ago and it doesn't look much different now. Fresh veg and fruit area doesn't fill me with excitement and doesn't look particularly appealing but perhaps there isn't much call for fresh fruit and veg in this store and therefore they do not hold a large stock. Store is please and tidy, staff are polite and friendly which is essential as older people tend to use this store and staff may be that only people they communicate with.
