   The Foodhall was busy but managed to get most of the items I had intended to purchase. There was plenty of options from ice creams & various desserts and plenty of main meal options such as chicken, beef & ham etc. Also fruit available including apples and bananas with a great variety of milkshakes & fruit juices.

   Don't be fooled by the M&S app showing you a green traffic light which denotes they have a good stock of the product you want to buy. The app stock levels are mere fantasy and you'll arrive to find no stock whatsoever despite what the app says.

It felt unhygienic and off-putting, to the point where I decided to leave and shop elsewhere. This experience has seriously shaken my confidence in the cleanliness standards at Marks, which is a real shame.

   Lovely cafe, well stocked store. Helpful and friendly staff. Many range of essentials. Big and free car park too. You can order online and collect from store. Good store excellent choice of fruit, vegetables, bakery and many rage of flowers bit more expensive but worth it

   Cant call them....spent 1.5 hrs. on some mechanized recorded system. Only managed to talk to someone when I used the word complaint.....no complaint until I entered this "not fit for purpose" system. The very nice lady who I ultimately spoke to, couldn't connect me either.... I am ringing on behalf of a pupil who requested work Exp. He was asked to get me to ring in to confirm the request!
