“My son and my daughters birthday treat. We didn't book, thee restaurant was busy and we were asked to wait a few minutes whilst a table was being prepared. I ordered the pan fried Salmon, the better half ordered the chicken sizzler, the birthday boy ordered the bang bang and the birthday girl a Chicken burger (yes she's your typical 11 year old. The foodwas geat topped with excellent service from Asad. He treated the birthday twins to the best cheesecake I've ever tasted and a Brownie. Food 10/10 Service 10/10”

The food was exceptional, with clear attention to quality and flavour. The burgers in particular were outstanding and easily among the best I’ve had in Manchester. “Wagamama at The Trafford Centre is exactly what you expect, and that’s a compliment! The energy here is infectious—it’s busy, as is expected in such a massive and popular shopping centre, but the team handles it brilliantly. We experienced fast, efficient service despite the crowds, which is a testament to the staff and management. Most importantly, the food is, as always, amazing and consistently tasty. They deliver on their promise of fresh, delicious Asian-inspired food every time. If you need a reliable, quick, and satisfying meal while shopping, this is definitely the place to go. “Good, honest Thai food. We've lived in the area for about five years and this is the best take away by far. I normally order the Tamarind Duck which is always great but I fancied a change. I tried the Larb Moo (minced pork salad) instead and it was exceptional. I always order the honey spare ribs and Thai fish cakes as sides/starters and they never disappoint. Tom Kha Gai is also great.”

“Very good service from the waiters. The food is pretty good. The fried chicken has a lovely coating and is very crispy with very juicy meat underneath. The coconut rice is fragrant with coconut but also it is not sticky. A very interesting texture I don't usually have. The sambal taste amazing. Lovely flavours of the anchovies. The chicken satay was the best I had so far compared to the supermarket stuff. Proper char and the peanut sauce taste great. I'm really happy that the sambal was not spicy not because I can't tolerate spice but it's because I can taste the flavours. Not a criticism but the price is very high. So if you got the money, go for it.”

“I visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff aren’t left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.”

“This place brings back such nostalgia and memories from when I was studying in Liverpool. Of course, I was ecstatic when I heard they opened a branch in Manchester. Nothings changed fortunately, I still get my large mix and match combo with katsu curry and sweet chilli chicken (best combo) and the portions are always super generous so it’s always comfort food to me. I do wish they did onigiri at this branch though! 10/10!”

“Update Sep 2023: The chilli chicken ramen was back to not being sweet, which was great. Also the service to be seated was better and I didn't notice the chefs talking. Overall a much better experience. Original: The chilli chicken ramen was sweeter than I remember, which I didn't like, though the ingredients themselves tasted fresh. It took me a while to be seated even though there was no queue. I could hear the personal conversations of the chefs too from where I was seated which I'd rather not have done whilst eating. Paying by QR code worked fine though I'd rather have the option not to give my name and email details to do so.”
