Service was ok but no explanation of when a shortbread and toast would appear.Timing of drinks and food not good .Needs to improve. What was concerning is the downstairs area was full of people charging their phone/ laptop and on their laptops. Tables in front of them empty of Starbucks products. Coffee was good as was food when it came.
I visited this Starbucks yesterday evening and had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and the place felt clean and well organized. The staff were polite and helpful, and I appreciated the friendly attitude during my visit. Overall, it was a nice place to spend some time, and I would visit again.
Prads kindly helped me with new xmas drink to order and I absolutely loved it! Got the toffee nut latte with a bit of white mocha, so nice. Everybody was lovely and smiling.
I recently visited Starbucks and ordered my usual coffee and some food. I’m quite an anxious person, especially around people, so even simple things like paying can make me nervous. When I was entering my card pin, I somehow mistyped it two or three times, and I started to feel really embarrassed because there was a long queue behind me. But one of the staff members. I believe her name was Afia, a lovely girl wearing a black scarf and black uniform was so kind and patient with me. She calmly told me, “It’s okay, take your time”When my card didn’t work the third time, I said I didn’t know what went wrong and was about to leave, but she said to me “It’s fine, it’s on us today.” That small act of kindness honestly made my day. In a world where kindness feels rare, she showed genuine compassion and understanding when she didn’t have to. She could’ve easily just refused to serve me, but instead, she went out of her way to make sure I felt cared for. After finishing my drink, I went back to thank her personally and wished her all the best in life. I truly pray she earns everything good happiness, success, and prosperity and a lot of money because she deserves it. God bless her. ❤️
We ordered vanilla cold coffee and strawberry shake. Both were awesome. A guy named “Ray” served us . He was lovely.
The staff attitude is not professional in this store. I do a good job in keeping up a performance but it’s all false. All they are after is your money. Staff are rude, abrupt and bad mannered. They have a clever way of asking questions which I find unusual. The employees seem they have some hidden agendas. Starbucks are employing the wrong people. Customer service is one of the worst I have come across in most Starbucks stores. This one is the worst. For there prices and bad atmosphere no it’s a no go. No more Starbucks!
Appalling service!!! Young Barristas more interested in talking to each other rather than looking after customers and making a decent coffee. Latte etc shot i guess they forgot to add coffee was vile! Plenty of other coffee shops on the station I recommend pick one of those. Even wrote to customer service surprisingly i heard nothing
Went for a casual coffee…… ordered whipped cream on top which the staff forgot, when I reminded her she very rudely told me that i have to pay as stuff like these are not free. when i told that i am a regular here and of course i did she kept the coffee mug without even a glance. Me and my friends are brown so they very conveniently believed that we might not know about such coffee houses….the staff i am talking about is a female named Ayesha
I am writing this due to experience. I ordered coffee and put some sugar and vanilla in. The lid did not go on and it spilt and scolded my right hand. This took hours to cool down. I told the employee as I spilt coffee too. She put her head back and looked as though she was fed up of having to clean the coffee. I was upset with her response. I had scolded my hand and she did not show any compassion. It hurt and became swollen. I sought help elsewhere. The coffee was awful and so was the chocolate twist. Really unhappy with my trip to Starbucks.
Absolute joke. I ordered a pumpkin spiced Late with cream and almond milk. Low and behold there was NO CREAM or coffee in my drink just syrup and cows milk. Plus my brothers coffee was half full. He ordered his drink after me and somehow was waiting for another 5 minutes. The service is a joke and very slow considering people have trains to catch. I will be getting compensated for this
