Very rude manageress making drinks. Gave me take away cup to go with sandwich on a plate, then accused me of asking for takeaway. Sandwich was on a plate not in a bag. Not a big deal for me but poor attitude.
So cute!!!! I ordered from uber. They wrote my name on the bags, gave me a free chocolate coin and a cute little smiley face, telling me to enjoy the food :) I just came back from work and ordered from here. Lovely treat thank you! Really appreciate it.
Like most Starbucks it’s clean tidy and well laid out. 5 stars to the staff for letting me borrow a charger for my phone (8%) it’s my own fault. Half expected the staff to be grumpy as I arrived 1 hour before closing, but they were helpful and accommodating. Food is good but not exciting so normal chain manufactured edibles.
I totally forgot to take a picture of my toastie and tea, but this Starbucks is roomy, and like that it has a choice of sofas or chairs. Birmingham university is not too far away so it does have quite a few students that come in and use the table spaces etc. But it's a good vibe. Service was quick and staff were friendly and welcoming.
Spacious place nice coffee shop by the corner of five ways. Very friendly and welcoming staff but seems not enough. Need one more staff at least!!
I come here every Saturday and the staff are the best! So friendly and can’t do enough for you. Silvia and Francesca went the extra mile to get my fussy complicated drink perfect and remember every week. Only two Starbucks in bean have got it right. Thanks girls! Expensive, but that's modern dining. But service was great, my disabled family member struggled to use the mugs and needed drink cooler. The gent serving helped massively without any hesitation or complaint. We were very grateful. Therefore 5* customer service.
Alex is very hard working, whenever i come in he is always cleaning tables and working hard. I asked him to re-make my coffee again, hoping to be third time lucky as the previous staff member got it wrong twice. And Alex made it perfectly. Thank you.
This Starbucks coffee shop is my favorite place to hang and do my works most the time. I really like this place because it has a good ambiance and not too crowded as well. The coffee Cortado and pastries that they serve were so delicious. The staff was so friendly and pleasant to talk with. One thing that I got fascinated by this place is the beautiful architecture with massive space and i would say it is a must to visit Starbucks coffee shop. Alex
