   Placed an uber eats delivery order at this store and received a pack of rotten apples and bacon rashers that looked blue and gone off. Drove into store to question why staff were packing rotten food to be confronted by store manager called Steve McFarland who took them back and didnt even have the decency to replace them saying that you have to go through Uber Eats, came across like he had a chip on his shoulder and wasnt acting like a manager. Anyone else would have replaced since I drove from home especially and felt embarrassed in the shop. I wont be shopping at this place for anything again.

   Just been in looking for noodles, the sales assistant went out of their way to ask us what we were looking for and brought the item out of the back when we found the shelf was empty. Really great, attentive and friendly staff, thank you!

   I went into Sainsbury's eccles last night around 8.15pm to pick up a argos parcel plus to do a small shop. The guy that got the parcel was so helpful. But when I got to the till the young blonde girl that was on shift was so negative and ignorant. She stated to another colleague she hates working lates, she was speaking to colleague all through transaction. I was trying to get my nectar app up she said it won't matter cos you only get points. Basically she couldn't be bothered serving or converting with customers. I'm in retail I would be sacked for that service. Disgusting

   The lady staff was so angry I asked for a fresh and hot plane whole chicken she just offered me a redy pack outside which was cold instead of hot one which were available I'm not coming this branch anymore
