I started to panic because I really wanted to get the vaccination, but the kind pharmacist went above and beyond—personally going to a friend’s store to collect it, ensuring I would receive it the same day. That level of dedication and care was truly remarkable. Once I arrived, everything was incredibly smooth—I was seen immediately, and the process was seamless. “The best coffee house in Monton…hands down! Me and my partner popped in recently and we both agreed straight away that this is our favourite coffee spot ever. The atmosphere is cosy, welcoming and just what you want from a local coffee house and the staff were so friendly! I ordered the steak eggs Benedict with chorizo, and honestly… it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The steak was tender, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the chorizo added the most incredible flavour. I absolutely loved it! The coffee was amazing too, smooth, rich and clearly made with care. We absolutely love this place and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend to anyone in Monton looking for great food, perfect coffee and lovely service! ☕✨”

“Very nice little shop in Eccles selling lots of Bulgarian food- anything from dry foods and pulses, fresh diary and meat, frozen products, as well as cosmetics and over the counter medication. The prices are very reasonable and staff are very nice and helpful. It’s great to have a dedicated Bulgarian shop in Manchester, as most European shops that claim to sell Bulgarian products in fact have 1-3 products at best. It’s easy to get to the shop and there are places to park in the side roads.”

“Aldi Eccles is my local branch when I'm at work. Staff are friendly and the store is always clean. Please can I give a special mention to everyone working today 22.09.25. I lost a very special necklace that was given to me after my mum passed away in 2023. Panicking, as I do, I approached the gentleman on the self serve checkout about 11am and asked if it had been handed in. He reassured me in a calm manner that they may have it. Without giving me any details he enquired with someone in the office who asked me questions about my necklace to make sure it was mine. I was then reunited with my very special necklace. Not only did the team members deliver excellent customer service, they also managed to calm and reassure me. This is why Aldi is my go-to store. I cannot thank Eccles Aldi enough.”

“The cheapest Coke in Town or in anywhere really. Connected with the vouchers and the offers available. Last one was £21 for 48 cans if I am not mistake. Buy more and use the £5 voucher that will make your can of Coke costing around 0.28p to 0.35p per can. Without voucher its around 0.48p per can. They do have different offers and different items. I do kiss the £7 for 30 cans of Coke. The ladies in the shop are very nice and its never too busy in there.”

“Brilliant shop, but it went downhill for a time. The freezers were empty, so I stopped using it, I started going to Urmston, and the shop was packed out. The freezers were full, so that was my new go-to, so I thought I would give Eccles another try and guess what a new manager was in town and the shop was packed with great freezer products. So, five stars and a brilliant shop.”

“Dropped in here after night shift, can't go to bed without a hot meal. The kebabs are tasty!!! Good quality donner meat, nan bread is a pizza base style bread but always freshly cooked. I tried the hot chilli sauce which has a good fiery kick to it! All makes to a great kebab!”

“Leaving this a little late. But had some cupboards done by Howard earlier on in the year and he did a fantastic job! The wardrobes look so good and he really utilised all the space in an intelligent way. Competitive pricing too I will be using again when I eventually do up the basement.”

“Pol Mart is a Polish mini market and it's very accessible, just wish I understood the language. I go in quite regularly. The staff that can't speak English are just as helpful as those who can. They sell a lot of different cooked meats and cooked fish. I buy whole smoked Mackerel, kabanos and other items.They even have a small oven and they bake small white buns. There is a wide variety of Polish breads,Rye, blackbread etc. For the more self indulgent they have a variety of stunning cakes, fresh vegetables and the biggest Garlic bulbs I've ever bought,twice the size of supermarket variety. I love this store and there are many products I can't tell what they are but staff will willingly help and explain. Every visit is an adventure, highly recommended if you want to get away from mass produced foods in the local supermarkets.”
