   The shelves are seldom fully stocked. The staff are utterly rude & unhelpful. You are made to feel unwelcome & an inconvenience whenever you ask for assistance.

   The manager here is miserable and any interaction is an inconvenience for her. If you have a parcel to deliver with Evri I would avoid these and use the nearest alternative parcelshop.

   I come here most days and unfortunately the staff are rude and unhelpful. They have absolutely no patience or manners at all. It’s never possible to get a receipt from the self service and I’d rather struggle than be served by the miserable person on the till. Tried to call customer service but that’s even more possible than trying to get good customer service when you’re in the shop. Asked for a manager and was told no. Laughable.

   It's convenient but tiny. There is no space to manoeuvre for anyone who needs extra room for accessibility reasons, and the staff doesn't seem to care or want to help. The majority of the time that I've been in, trolleys of stock are left out blocking aisles with no staff there.

   Well organised little convenience store in Monton, lovely area, found everything I needed, starting from fruit&veg and ending with some meat&fish. Good prices, very clean and bright, staff are friendly and helpful. No much parking though around

   As stores go, it's okay. ..!! It carries most of daily things you'd need with variety , although having said that they have removed items from their itinerary which other Express stores carry..!! If you come at the right moment, you'll get away with parking, otherwise the car park may still be operating free parking in the main car park...!!

   Stocked to a reasonable standard. Staff could be a lot more pilot and courteous. Take a long time to serve customers, like we are taken for granted. However, a convenient shop and decent prices

   Perfectly stocked for a local shop. However there are a number of issues that need addressing. The sliding doors on the fridges are broken and as a result they are then left open so the products aren’t as cold as they should be. The layout for the check out is all wrong, no one seems to know where to queue from so people just make their own queues either side of the them which gets a bit confusing and obstructs other shoppers. Also because of where the self check out has been dumped it means that if you are at the back of a queue of 3+ people and no one in front of you is using it you either have to try and push through everyone or wait until you reach it which defeats the object. Finally, the staff are not a prime example of professionalism either with their private conversations while they serve you but maybe this adds to the ‘local shop’ feel and I am just being a grumpy old man.

   Fairly new Tesco Express store stocking food lines and some household/toiletries lines. Till lay out needs rethinking as if there is one customer waiting to be served they block the self serve till. Friendly staff whenever I've shopped here.
