Car park flooded, drains not cleaned 20 years, cafe has no fries working. Apart from that go ahead reduce customer average age from 75
The staff work hard. Unfortunately, they are massively understaffed thanks to penny pinching by line managers who no doubt will use staff sickness to blame for their poor judgement. Also, there are no sauces out for customers to take, so the till person (singular) is having to go backwards and forwards with every meal which puts more pressure on them and also means people wait longer to be served as well as waiting longer to place orders. Just seen a customer collecting his own breakfast because the till person was busy taking orders. The pleasent staff are doing an amazing job under difficult circumstances.
So bought 2 x ultimate breakfast, when they eventually came over done and when asked for brown sauce told they do not supply. Went back to counter and informed them the tomatoes was missing off both told they didn’t have any and the store don’t have any in stock. Went and bought my own brown sauce from store which I don’t think is acceptable and find the tomato shelf had full stock. How difficult is it to fulfil the breakfast that I paid for this is unacceptable.
Pretty average. Staff very dull.
Great meat section loads of variety if you like stake. Love the bakery. Nice shop all round.
Got some quality chicken and chips for my lunch and then while enjoying ghis culinary delight in my van we got some live entertainment..... 2 smack heads were having a good old fashioned shout off at each other. What a trip
