   Morning coffee with Starbucks with my own cup and the staff forgot to reduce my own cup price. When I asked less ice, the lady attitude was so rude!

   I went in here and asked for a caramel frappe with extra drizzle EXTRA and what I received what less then the normal amount. The drink tasted horrible unlike other places I have been and the workers vibes are just depressing customer service is horrible

   I ordered a medium iced coffee for £3.90. The coffee was made quickly but I took maybe 4 sips and the coffee was gone, the whole cup inside turned out to be filled with ice so there was practically no coffee. I understand that it comes with ice, but for this price I thought there would be coffee too. Definitely too much ice. It's dirty inside, the tables aren't cleaned, you can't close the bathroom door because there's no locker.

   American style coffee shop, not too good, not too bad, but a good place staying to wait for the movies. Not cheap, but standard quality guarantee. To meet expectation is the most important for the chain coffee shop.

   Nice place just needs a lick of paint, only downfall is the one and only toilet there is grubby and always looks like it needs a good clean and definitely needs re painting.

   Unfortunately but this place shouldn't be call Starbucks is destroyed the whole brand good name... customer service terrible and coffee ouh terrible. Me and Hubby ordered 2x egg nog lattes and what we get mug of water in coffee colour taste is nor like should. After complaining about taste we get new one but still was not this like in other Starbucks which we visited before... wasting of money and time...

   Attempted to order a strawberry refresher and a green tea matcha, they had no matcha as with other things (that's fine, things run out, whatever) strawberry refresher has no coconut in it and I got a iced tea instead and it just tastes like water, what a waste of time, would of gone back but everyone working looked like they'd rather die than be there. I work as a chef so I can relate to things running out and having a hard day but this is inexcusable for how much it is

   Good branch in a nice place near city centre. Ther is a good place to sit in inside as well as a nice outside area. Good collection of biscuits and cakes as well. A nice place for breakfast or brunch. There are public toilets inside. The staff are very friendly and helpful also.
