   Updated review 2023- was a big fan of this place until my recent visit. Not sure why but the service quality has dropped, very slow service, went for the Chicken Katsu Sando which sounded great on paper but was very average tasting, fries came late and were extremely salty, for which I was offered a replacement. Drink did not taste good too. Not sure what’s happened but was very disappointed with my recent visit. 2021- Absolutely love the location of this cafe, a true hidden gem in Birmingham. Loved the ambience, decor and the food was delicious. Loved the presentation and the flavours. Biscoff toast was delectable and makes a great lunch spot. Would definitely recommend trying this place.

   It's been four years since I've been to England and alot has changed in this lovely city of Birmingham. My husband introduced me to this delightful tea room, the service was fantastic and the food was amazing. I never though I could eat Belgium waffles without having to take a dairy-pill (recently became lactose intolerant) but they have vegan friendly options and very fancy drinks. Weather you're a resident or a tourist, I highly recommend this place if you like sweet and , surprisingly, savory meals!

   It's been four years since I've been to England and alot has changed in this lovely city of Birmingham. My husband introduced me to this delightful tea room, the service was fantastic and the food was amazing. I never though I could eat Belgium waffles without having to take a dairy-pill (recently became lactose intolerant) but they have vegan friendly options and very fancy drinks.    Lovely decor, great location by the canal. Pleasant service and went the extra mile to make it special for my mother in law's birthday. Food was lovely, good range of sandwiches and desserts were tasty. Scones came first but we waited to eat them until after our sandwiches. Would highly recommend. The rest of the menu looked good so would definitely come again.

   Always has good customer service. Thanks Hinna for your lovely bright smile and positive attitude. Nice ambiance provided by the location, decor, staff and food of course. Surprised with English Afternoon Tea for my birthday and it was amazing!! The platter of sandwiches and cakes etc was all presented beautifully and tasted really good. Highly recommend this place! To surprise and be surprised.

   I don't often leave reviews but me and my friends had such a lovely time during our afternoon tea, I just had to. Our experience was topped off with amazing customer service by Hassan (aka Hannibal), he really made our afternoon and gave us a good laugh - much appreciated. The afternoon tea itself was one of the best we've had and we frequently visit different establishments throughout the UK. Highly recommend and would go back to try the rest of the menu.

   Absolutely great food! It looks absolutely fabulous! Taste is amazing, seasoning perfect. I had Greek toast, my friends and gf had pancakes. Presentation is remarkable, food fresh. Drinks took a bit longer but definitely worth to wait. Coffees had perfect temperature! Food took a bit longer as well but trust me, it’s worth to wait. The reviews which complains about slow service better go to McDonald’s if they want something fast. Good job, place definitely worth to visit. I’ll be back soon!
