   Wonder what happened to the service here. Drinks are poor, staff racist & rude - nothing good about this place. 2nd time I have to throw away my cup of coffee. Absolutely repulsive drinks. I thought last week was an outlier but apparently not. Won’t be back. Last year drinks and service was good and then this year it became absolutely dreadful

   Got my coffee order wrong, won't accept the Starbucks app payment or scanning and do not have all the vegan options most locations provide. That being said, the staff is very nice

   Nice small Starbucks counter with the same service as the big one. They always have a nice staff that serve you with smile even its busy sometimes. Have a good Cakes and sandwich options.

   The one at the Pavilion, University of Birmingham. A franchise so doesn't accept the Starbucks card! Other than that it's ok! Close to bypass entrance to the campus.
