Fantastic refill shop with a great selection of gifts and other super useful items. Em is always really welcoming and incredibly helpful whenever we are in there. The addition of Sticky Fingers bakery delivery on Saturdays are always very welcome too!
I absolutely love Em’s! She and her staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They’re more than happy to help you with weighing out your items or offering you any sort of help and advice you need. It’s a really well presented shop and is always lovely and tidy. There’s a really wide range of products and, as a customer and friend from Day 1, it’s been amazing to see how much Em has expanded and how well she has done since opening her own business. I can’t imagine not seeing Em’s shop in the precinct now, and if there is ever a day I can’t go and get my chocolate covered honeycomb, I’ll be devastated! I love the shop so much! I’d recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone.
Always a great variety of products and very friendly, informed and helpful staff. Price wise, being able to stock up on basics like flour, oats and a huge variety of spices very cheaply offsets some of the slightly more expensive items. Great to see a local business making sustainable living accessible and making a difference in the community.

We Love Em's Easy Eco, the staff are always lovely and polite so much so my 6 year old autistic son pops in just to say Hello when we're passing! He particularly loves the vegan fizzy sweets. I love the cleaning range and get all my supplies for my cleaning business from here. Nothing is ever too much and if you need to ask a question the team are always willing to help! Fabulous addition to Bramhall Village.
The staff are exceptionally kind and supportive, there's a fantastic range of products available and the quality is always tip-top. I always make a point of coming in to visit when i'm in the area! The world would be a better place with more shops like Em's around!
