Usually I get my fuel from Tesco at Stretford. Today as usual on pump 10, I entered £20 for the fuel at pump 10. The fuel finished at £20.11, This is daylight robbery charging people more when they entered initially £20. I informed the cashier & he was not aware there was a problem with pump 10. This is not acceptable & totally scam when customer has entered a fixed amount for the fuel. Daylight robbery!

Yet again, amazing service from Tesco Mobile, specifically David. Despite being very busy (the only staff member on when i arrived there), he was friendly, courteous, efficient and so helpful. He never makes me feel like a.techno idiot (although I am!) And ALWAYS solves my phone problems. Thank you David

I would have given 5 stars, but the introduction of the new self service large tills are horrible.. they just don't work.. fortunately we had a small trolley because every item we scanned had be verified by a member of staff. Also you have to leave all your shopping on the scales until all items have been scanned.. fortunately we only had half a small trolley of goods, which we had to leave on the till umtill all items were scanned and payed for before we could bag it..The personed checkouts were 5 customer Deep on both tills..this is definitely a step to far considering the customers on a mid morning weekday are most likely to be elderly . I would like to thank the staff who assisted us on this horrendous shopping experience

Just had to abandon my trolley queuing up. Massive queues for the self-service, and hardly any staffed tills open (2 or 3 at most). This is a regular occurrence at peak times. Sometimes it’s the only time people get to shop though, so Tesco, plan ahead and get more people on the tills WHEN YOU KNOW IT WILL BE BUSY. It’s not difficult. Peoples time is valuable. Really bad service.

In the heart of White City lies a haven, containing a wealth of items fit for a Kings kitchen cupboard (apart from saffron). I vastly look forward to all of my occasional big Tesco visits, and this particular store is close to my heart and I know it well. Primed with kitchenware, clothing, garden essentials and all of your grocery needs big Tesco never fails to deliver on promises (apart from saffron this time). It was refreshing to see a stand celebrating cultural festivals that aren’t typically British (happy Diwali stand from Lindt), especially in the light of the recent “national pride” spike we see ourselves among. It is not the cheapest supermarket, but it is certainly the most reliable choice for a well-armed oasis of reasonably priced branded items. Selections are far better than Sainsbury’s, Morrisons or Aldi. The latter of course wins on prices most of the time. I think I may have seen an advert once that Tesco do Aldi price match (needs fact checking). If they do then this adds a sixth star (please confirm). Copious underground parking is available, and the shop is easily accessible for all. The underground parking makes it a great wet weather option. My basket was faulty, which I coped with, but at one point I feared it had produced a hole in my clothing. This needs addressing.

I would give this store zero stars if I could, I came shopping here with my children today and was spoken to by a member of staff very rudely, please Tesco give more customer service lessons to shop floor staff.

Café team are excellent. Connor found gluten free brunch options for me and made perfect café latte. Louie looked after me for afternoon tea on my return a few hours later. Store has lots of products. Many huge size/family size bargains.

Staff is very very customer friendly. This store always welcome you 24/7. Parking is very big. You can charge your electric vehicle (EV). Very large variety of groceries and household items/goods.

I love it in here! I often come here to destress, which is weird considering it’s a supermarket… they have great deals and they always have plenty of stuff in the reduced sections. Their crisps selection is massive and they sell fresh fruit and vegetables individually, too

Huge supermarket which comes in very handy when staying in the area for football or cricket events, especially if going to more than a day of a Test Match at Lancashire. Staff I've encountered have been very polite and friendly. Very ample parking, and great selections of food and homewares. A lot more variety than I have in my local Tesco Extra.
