   Can’t get through to tell them half my shopping is missing, it’s ridiculous as this is not the first time. They have gone very lapsy daisy. I would go shop myself if I could get out. I phoned head office and they can’t even get them to answer phone so they are sending e.mail so I have to wait now till they decide to look at it. Very poor customer service

   This store is handy but the attitude of some the staff leaves a lot to be desired,unhelpful,rude. Shelf edge labelling is always wrong,POS is rarely in the right place and when you question it your only left frustrated. These things are legal requirements so do your job properly. Would rather use Castle Bromwich branch from now on.

   The only reason I shop at Iceland is because I don’t drive, every week I have a problem with my order that’s if it turns up! Also no answers the phone to get in touch with them if you have a problem! They have 1 person on the till on a Saturday morning I feel sorry for that person who it is! When my order does comes the eggs are broken or a bag is missing! Sitting here since 2-30 it’s now 6.15 no order, disgusting.There not bothered when you go in and moan either!

   Great little shop, love the home deliveries so convenient but the website could do with an overhaul it's very long winded and with only an hour to complete your online shop before you loose your slot can make it feel alittle rushed.

   Some staff some are friendly others just ignore you. High prices on fresh food. Discounts are usually high and the stock poor quality. Fresh meats usually not long on dates. Usually if you do have items that have been reduced it does not come off at the till. Always check your receipt
