I’d like to give a big thank you to one of your store assistants named Saahill for being incredibly kind and helpful during my visit today. I didn’t know much about the Co-op membership before, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and even helped me sign up. He was genuinely friendly and patient, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. It's rare to come across such thoughtful customer service—please pass on my appreciation!
