   Racist and rude staff. 8-9 staff gathered around me, teamed up against me and intimidated me that I should not report them when I highlighted their descrimination. It was shocking. I would never go back to any Aldi after this.

   My usual store is Hall Green, but as that doesn’t open until 11:00, I went to Shirley. Free parking on a Sunday, but Monday to Saturday, 3 hours free at the rear of the store; which is good. Thank you to Sinead, very friendly and helpful. 4 stars rather than 5, as the self service checkout was flashing red, and went unnoticed for a while, as the staff member in charge was on their phone.

   Relatively cheap in comparison to its next door competitors Waitrose. Unfortunately most days they do not have eggs, where as Waitrose always have a good stock. Perhaps Aldis chickens are on strike! Generally Aldi makes for good economic shopping. Negative, the ridiculous 1 hour only parking restrictions on their car park disuades many elderly customers and those with disabilities from using this store. Many customers have allergies etc and have to carefully read the contents of the goods they want to purchase, this takes time. 1 hour is clearly inadequate and should be addressed.

   Very well maintained Aldi, compared to the ones I have been around Birmingham. Also, prices are always low but quality is medium for groceries.

   Good for things but some staff don't always give you the right change or they foget. I like the way the New stores like this have a Toilet even when it smelt. It just needs an Air freshener but Other than that its ok
