   Store is responsible for my click and collect, which is booked 9am to 11am however on a weekly basis for months now the driver turns up almost an our late (945am) which is totally unacceptable. Despite complaining to Tesco nothing is being done. It is clearly being badly managed and hire management need to address this ongoing issue

   Today was in store with my 13 year old daughter, my local store.. we was both asked for id after I asked to purchase cigarettes, i said she doesn’t have id as it’s my daughter, i was refused service because my daughter didn’t have id ‘company policy’ is to not serve single parents? Manager was unhelpful even though saying he understands. Issue wasn’t resolved. In future am I expected to bring birth certificates aswell as my id to be served and treated with respect ?

   I was refused paracetamol despite being 29 years old – well above the legal minimum age of 16. Being declined a basic over-the-counter medicine was both unnecessary and humiliating. I have never once been asked for ID when purchasing alcohol or similar products at Tesco since turning 25, so I did not have it with me. The colleague who refused the sale (I believe her name was Katie, with blonde hair and a nose ring) cited the “Think 25” policy. However, given that I am almost 30 and have been served by countless staff members without issue, it suggests that this particular employee may need further training to apply the policy with accuracy and discretion. Customers should not be embarrassed or inconvenienced because of inconsistent application of the rules. As a result, I abandoned the rest of my shopping. On a positive note, the customer service colleague and the male duty manager both handled the situation with professionalism, kindness and empathy. The manager confirmed that I was over 25 and authorised the sale. Their approach was appreciated and demonstrates the level of service Tesco should be aiming for consistently.

   Huge store with multiple departments including an optician. Reasonably well stocked for vegans etc but staff at self checkouts not directing people well to the empty tills. Would like to see more attentive staff please.

   Well where do i start, used to be 24hr but now they close at 12. Not a problem. I finish work at 11:45. Takes me 10 minutes to drive there giving my 5 minutes to grab what i want and i know where it is in the shop it is. It’ll take me less than 60 seconds to grab it. Last night i got there at 11:56 and the security guard thats seen me multiple times said no he cant let me in. So i was with out food after a 14 hour work day. I know i could of been in and out in less than 3 minutes but no i was refused a service they said they’ed provide. They state they close the doors at 12:00 so I'm giving a negative review.

   I purchased a phone in November from the Monkpath store. I took it back to store 5 times and still it wasn't working properly., and was dealt with by a very rude,arguementive manager So I told him I will cancel the contract (within the 14 days) and I should have had a refund.we are now into December and to no avail of refund.i have called the head office only to be told that I didn't return the phone which I have.but the manager had put in the system that i havent I would seriously think twice before using tesco mobile.and give Azeri rating if I could

   We were going to buy sandwiches for our journey up to Leeds. Lovely large store but the toilets were disgusting. Not one toilet had dry toilet paper in. I tried 3. Toilet rolls on the floor gross but were wet even more gross. So not going risk touching products.
