Understaffed at possibly the busiest time of year. Very busy in the evening two days before Christmas, lots of staff on the floor stacking shelves but few on checkout. Otherwise excellent.
Needs improvement as it is the main store in the village. Not always stocked right, inconsistent. Oat milk not stored correctly (needs to go in a fridge) so we have needed to throw a few out as it has separated. Mouldy strawberries and avacado. Quorn not stocked up right, same for vegetarian. Manager needs to go on a food storage/hygiene course. This was purchased last night, with no damage from us, in a packet. Others ok.
I’m a tourist who has no idea how to shop in British stores or to figure out the prices and the worker Theresa was a huge huge help!!!! She walked me through it and I understand it a lot more now!!!
All staff are so friendly and helpful. Can go in a shop sometimes and staff are so rude not in there
It's Aldi! What can I say?? I must admit, I'm loving the new shop fit out. Reminded me of one in Munich I was in just before Christmas
Got to give them credit, they modernised the interior in a week, took Tesco up the road over a month to do the same to a space less than a quarter the size, don't know who your contracters were but good job. Layout is good, its clean, spot on.
All fruit goes mouldy well before used by date and you only get 1 day or two to use it all up! Also the potatoes have black bits inside the maris piper ones and the sweet potatoes get mould on!The mince is also bad!
Ruined by the refit. Now very difficult to access the produce as it is behind doors that open in to isles. I am 5ft 10ins and can not retrieve goods at the top of the tall cabinets. What a shame.

Not the biggest Aldi but I can usually get everything I need (except coriander...why is it always sold out)? As you would expect in an Aldi, there are plenty of staff available to get you through the tills quickly, which I like. They are always so friendly when I'm being served too. I've struggled to find a parking space once or twice when I've visited at peak times so couldn't shop there on those occasions.
