I have called in here from time to time for a sandwich and savouries such as Cornish pasties, pork pie, sausage rolls along with carrot cake and similar bakery items. There is a range of quality foodstuffs items in the shop half such as bread, milk etc, a good selection of local honey, newspapers and much more. Hot and cold drinks available and cafe seating and tables in the rear garden and a couple of tables and chairs out in front weather permitting. Friendly staff, good food and a warm welcome. I would definitely recommend them

After buying 3 legs of lamb for Christmas your security guard followed & questioned me. He seemed to think I couldn't possibly afford these items. Well I'm the one who balances the budget in our house & I can assure you I can. I will be doing the rest of my Christmas shopping elsewhere. This isn't the first time overzealous staff have cost Sainsbury's money.

I was really disappointed with the way a lady on the till her name was Kathryn I believe, spoke to my autistic son. She was snappy, rude, and showed no patience or understanding. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable for us. I expect staff to be respectful and supportive, especially when serving families with additional needs. This definitely needs addressing

I dont know why I love Sainsbury's but I do. It's a one-stop shop, especially the Colton location with a handy Argos collection section. I do like to do my grocery run at Sainsbury's because the options and deals are almost always the best.

This store is great! It has a convenient Starbucks coffee machine and a fresh orange juice machine inside, which is a nice touch. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and there’s plenty of parking space, making it an easy stop for a quick visit or a longer shopping trip.

Expensive as ever! £2.50 for carnation milk, £1.20 in other well known supermarkets! I try and avoid Sainsburys due to their high prices and only go in if I really have to

Everyone needs to have an Ann working for them! Ann you are a credit to this store! I went to Sainsburys on Friday afternoon and I was greeted by Ann on the tills. Personal and efficient service. Treated me as if it were her own business. And showed me how to pack correctly! Fantastic person, thanks Ann.

Quality 1st class tyre replacement at short notice, my 1st choice when I need anymore. Excellent value. Highley recommended

Got home to find that I had been overcharged by £8. Had an 8 mile round trip to go and resolve it which took 15 mins as the customer service desk didn't know how to issue a refund! Only had this happen once before at Tesco and they refunded me double the difference. Sainsbury's just seem happy to waste your time and money. Didn't get the impression that any effort would be made to either update the shelf edge label or the till system. I guess it is a case of buyer beware. Check your receipt before you head home.
