    Great Supermarket with good quality items, the one thing that lets it down is the Cafe, the food is good but the service is very slow. We ordered two coffees and thick multigrain toast, we got our coffee which we drank but no toast arrived i went to enquire and they said it will be five minutes, they had obviously lost the order when it came it was white toast !!

    Was served by Karen B today. I asked my husband if he had scanned his booths card. For some reason, Karen seemed to think this was some sort of attack on her customer service by her demeanour. She told us very sarcastically “Im sure you won’t miss your 10p, sorry I was scanning so fast, it’s too late now oh well, didn’t think you’d have a booths card (after she asked the lady in front) etc….” going on and on at us in a rude tone for no reason, rolling her eyes. Me and my husband- baffled - just told her it was fine and not to worry about it. Completely unacceptable and despite being regular customers we will go elsewhere from now on.

    This as got to be the best supermarket the UK as to offer the staff are brilliant! If its quality food that your looking for then this is the place for you! After doing some shopping we got beef and horseradish sauce sandwiches on wholemeal bread absolutely delicious.

    Lovely store with free toilets, free car parking and a bus station directly outside. Very well laid out and staff were brilliant. Once again, some products are very expensive, that's why no 5 stars on this occasion.

    All in one store for groceries with fresh produce. Not cheap or over priced. Staff were helpful and friendly. There's free 2 hours parking and electric vehicle charging there. The wine collection here is rich Went there midday on a Saturday and it was not too busy. They don't have self check out facilities

    Great supermarket. Makes Waitrose seem like Aldi. Plenty of fresh farm type produce. Good range of products. Bit pricey, but you uber what you pay for. Staff very friendly and with good product knowledge. The wine guy knows his stuff.

    Amazing family owned supermarket chain, similar prices to Waitrose or marks and Spencer but everything is very high quality and mostly local. Staff are very friendly and accommodating to all requests. Has been our preferred supermarket for decades now.

    Called in Booths cafe for breakfast whilst in Knutsford. We found the quality of the food and the service excellent. Great value for money. We also visited the butchers counter to buy some fillet steak and once again, could not fault the service. We found the butcher to be extremely helpful and friendly, definitely will visit again.

    What a fabulous supermarket. A really wide range of high quality produce and lots of organic, gluten free and eco friendly alternatives as well. The grind your own coffee station is a real highlight.
