Their low calorie ice cream selection is abysmal. You can have one flavour of little moons and maybe two flavours of low calorie ben and Jerry's which are still really high in calories if your lucky. Why did they stop selling halo top and the other little moons?
First time visiting, wanted to pop to grab a meal deal quickly. Firstly, the selection for meal deals is awful, 1 small fridge space very restrictive options available. Secondly terrible layout for paying and only 1 self check out, seems not a lot of though has gone into this tesco location. What should be a 2 minute visit turnt into 10 minutes as only 1 staff member on the till and 1 self check out. Seems understaffed. Needs a lot of work.

Absolutely vile security guard and staff, whenever I go here sometimes with my daughter I get watched and looked at like I'm some kind of weirdo or shop lifter, security guard has even made comments about me with staff members about why I was wearing a coat during the summer, is that any of your buisness you're there there work not judge others. Moral of the story avoid at all costs unless you want shitty customer service!

good shop for emergencies perhaps but not for general shopping. Don't expect a supermarket range.. LOL Wow some of the prices are high. Staff friendly though.
Good workers keep up the good work but not best area.
Visited the store about hour ago and I must say no staff spoke and the shop was full of staff even had several walking infront of me, so close and not saying excuse me or sorry.. Nothing. And 1 of them had box that bumped me. Overall everyone looked absolutely miserable! I chose to go to self service and avoid till even thou wanted something from behind the counter. Its not normally like this if it carries on I will complain again!
Clean, shutting time Is very convenient shutting at 10pm, got majority of what you need. Wish the gluten free did more range but it is an express chain so I understand why.
Has ample car parking but not a single spot to park & safely secure cycles. Ensuring this Tesco is an absolute no go for anyone using a bike. Particularly since Erdington is a high crime area & undesirables are often found hanging out front of the store opposite the cash point. Bike parking should be a planning requirement when stores like this are built. Shame on Tesco
