1. Me Me ★☆☆☆☆

   Called in on around 5pm on 29/09/23 to pick a item up we had ordered online, when we called in to pick the item up the person behind the counter asked did we have the order number which I gave her, she then asked did I have the confirmation email which I showed her, as I showed her the confirmation email she was trying to grab my phone and being overly forceful and she had a real abrupt school teacher demeanor about her, she then wasn't happy with the order number or confirmation email and wanted to see identification from me so I showed her that which she was also trying to grab out of my hand. She then proceeded to lecture and give both of us a big speech about the things you need to pick your order up when you call in to the store to which I proceeded to tell her I wasn't bothered and wasn't here to argue with her and by this time I had ran out of patience with her and just wanted to take my order and get out of there and never return. This employee went out of her way to make life as difficult as possible for us when it should of just been a simple experience, we just called in to pick our order up. Has put us off ever shopping with this company again.

   What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. Thank you for all your help today !!!!

   For such a little shop (compared to other Lakelands), they had everything I wanted, and not only did Rose manage to find an item I had missed, but she matched the online offer that wasn't ringing up properly, *and* she made sure all of my purchases were properly secured around my wheelchair so that I could get back to my car safely. She was absolutely wonderful - an absolute credit to customer service.

   Staff are really friendly and helpful. From my phone call to check if they had a product through to our purchase later that evening they were so friendly and couldn’t do more to help. Recommend this store and will definitely be back to buy more in the future.

   Had a great experience with this shop last night 25/11/22. We rang about gas attachement for ooni - they managed to keep it aside for us. They also had a brand new Ooni oven that was unfortunately an open box item. The manager (Ani?) was very patient and helpful with us. She checked the box with us & condition. She even wiped off some finger prints of it to make sure it was great condition. We have been given a lovely Black Friday discount & they even kept it to one side for us for an hour while we had a bite. We are so pleased with this high level of customer service. We’ve had some bad Black Friday experiences in other shops. This experience has been exceptional. Thank you for all your help, we will definitely recommend the brand and shop with you again.

   The lady who helped me yesterday was just lovely. They didn’t have the product I wanted in store (for an impatient me who wants it right now! :-) ) … she ordered it quickly, efficiently and with a smile.
