I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “Convenient for locals. I was dropping a parcel off at the parcel safes outside,. So not so local to me but I'm sure local residence find this place very useful There are other shops including at least 3 food shops in the same block including English, Chinese and Indian food and a 24 hour petrol station with Tesco shop right on the roundabout accross the road. So pretty good range of shops for locals within a small area.”

“We moved to the area around a year ago and our estate agent told us to go here for dinner to celebrate. We didn't get round to it then, but we should've! We came with a group and tried every dish on the menu. There honestly wasn't one average dish, they were all perfectly cooked, creative and beautifully presented. We asked everyone around the table which was their favourite dish and got back at least 6 different answers, so there really is something for everyone. Price wise, I think it's very reasonable. We walked out stuffed, and had wine and desserts for £50/per person roughly.”
