A wonderful Aldi store with genuinely great customer service. I think people often forget what it’s really like working in this environment — it’s fast-paced, there are constant queues, so many customers coming through, and sadly there are always a few who steal or are rude and disrespectful. It’s not an easy job at all. And yet… despite all of that, the staff still show up with patience, kindness, and a smile. They move fast, they help where they can, and they try their best every single day. That says a lot about their character. It’s easy to judge from the outside, but it’s much harder to appreciate the effort it takes to keep everything running smoothly. So thank you — to every cashier, every shelf-stacker, every manager, and the security team who keeps everyone safe. Your work is seen. Your professionalism is appreciated. And your effort makes a difference to people’s lives, even in small ways. Thank you for being phenomenal. ❤️

Decent. But some of the chicken that I've bought lately has smelt very off, despite opening it straight after purchase. (And had to be thrown away)

Such a big store located just opposite to Egbaston cricket ground. More products available so no worries. Also, it has more than 8 self check out machines so you can skip the cashier till and checkout quickly.

The store layout is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you need quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Aldi has become my go-to supermarket for its exceptional value and excellent customer service.

Good shop with fair selection of items on this visit. Shelves were being restocked. Good pricing, good selection and staff friendly. Would certainly recommend.

Wow what can I say. Excellent location, excellent parking facilities. Excellent variety of groceries. Exceptional quality of goods. Extremely competitive prices and wonderful staff!

  2. Brad Bennett ★★★★☆

Crowded, parking difficult but only because too many lazy drivers parked anti socially. Friendly staff working under high pressure. Very helpful. A bit of a mess on some shelves but that's the fault of customers. I would come here again but would advise anyone else to leave your kids at home as its so busy.

I only use this branch when I'm heading to the Cricket over the road. It's your typical Aldi, and it's handy for filling up on snacks and drinks on a match day, but when it gets very busy in there, they only open one till or maybe two, so the queues can build up. There is an ample car park which I've never used, but I would imagine there will be some restrictions in place so cricket spectators don't try to use it for free parking.
