Exceptional service, leading the way in Blackburn when it comes to chai. Always welcomes with a smile and swift service. Been coming here from day 1 and always impressed by the level of service from staff especially Maryam who always manages to smile no matter how busy it is and always brightens up my day. Best in Blackburn!!
Mansura was very helpful patient and polite and her hospitality was second to none.I felt really welcomed with living on my own and entering the cafe was a real blessing to be welcomed the way I was and her kindness in her serving me .Thank you Mansura and I hope she will be a real accett to many as she was to me.
Always go to Chaiiwala on Whalley range every Thursday. Firoza in particular is always helpful and her customer service is 10/10. We always enjoy our experience here. Food, tea and deserts always on point as well. 5 stars 10/10.
We popped in for a quick cup of tea before our journey back to Leeds. Unfortunately, the quality of the pink tea was extremely poor—the worst I've ever tasted. The prices charged felt more in line with a premium establishment like Starbucks, yet the drink itself was of vending machine quality.
VERY DISAPPOINTING from the minute I spoke to the young lad serving! The first thing he said was "You can go somewhere else if you want to!" It was my first time visiting too! Desi breakfast, parantha was as stiff as cardboard couldn't even chew it! Tea was too strong! Overall I would not recommend and certainly won't be going there again! I would give it zero stars if I could.
Only our table was occupied, we were 8 including kids however it seemed like uber and those collecting were a priority. Tables were dirty even offered to clean it as had kids but the lady serving insisted she will do it after 10 mins. We had kids who got bored, food took around 40 mins from ordering to one hour as it arrived in dribs and drabs. Had to go and remind what was missing, had to ask about drinks which came last and to top it off the person serving decided to show attitude and roll eyes when we asked about our drinks and the delay. They need more people to serve not just two people one serving and one in kitchen. Won't be going back again, shame as food was nice but service is appalling.
Visited again for a quick catch-up with friends. Very impressed with the quality of the chai plus the service from Safwan was exceptional.
So from placing the order to receiving the food, we waited at least 30 mins. I understand they had a lot uber deliveries to prepare, nevertheless I've had much better experiences in the past when coming here. We tried the English-ish breakfast and a butter chicken roll(can't go wrong with this). Both were nice once they arrived. I just felt the waiting time was very long, Since there was only 3 tables occupied.
This is an incredible Chaiiwala Branch. The best I have ever been to. It is so popular, it often caused the blackade of Whalley Range as cars pile up outside to grab a quick cuppa. There is seating for 20 people, ample free parking nearby and fantastic food options. The staff here are switched on, they are on the pulse. They make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much effort for them. The omelette wrapped in a chapati was my favourite. The desi breakfast and desi tea was absolutely superb. The best indian breakfast I have had in Blackburn. Salim Patel
