   Monsoon Foods in Mansfield has a great variety of options for people from different parts of the world. The place is neat and clean, the service is good, and the staff are friendly. They also sell halal meat. Meat prices have gone up a few times recently and it’s starting to feel a bit pricey, so hopefully management will look into that. Overall, it’s a good shop.

   Monsoon Foods is a great local spot for anyone looking for fresh meat and a wide range of international groceries,variety of South Asian, African, and continental ingredients and spices that can be hard to elsewhere is readily available in good conditions, excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff,. The shop is well-kept, offers good quality products, Overall, it’s a reliable and the management should look into making it more pocket friendly.

   I visited your shop today to buy a few items, but unfortunately, I did not feel welcome due to the customer service experience. The lady at the till was not very polite, and I was asked to return my shopping basket to where I took it from — something that most other supermarkets don’t require customers to do. I believe staff should be more polite and respectful toward customers. Based on this experience, I don’t think I will be returning to the store.

   This would've been five stars but for the annoying checkout. Five minutes waiting second in queue because in front had a trolley full, and no other staff came to help. It's a joke and a let down, for what otherwise is a great shop, full of whole foods, beans, spices, veg, and many other whole food items mainstream supermarkets don't stock.
