My express delivery order was all missing mainly over £120 worth of things because the Uber driver didn’t pick them up he was really rude but I contacted you head office customer service and they were really unhelpful so I contacted the store and spoke to savana who was the most helpful loveliest person I could’ve wished to speak to. From start to finish she was polite and friendly and made sure she sorted it all out for me and went above and beyond to do so she located my shopping and arranged that it was going to get sent back out to Me kept me up-to-date. Don’t let her go. She kept me as a customer because after this today I was not going to bother again but with the service that savana did I will use again. Thank you so much Savana ❤️
Not the best ASDA I've been too. Over run with kids, staff are too busy talking to their colleagues than assisting with information and handing carrier bags out at the check outs. It just feels unloved and filthy tbh. Not the best at all...
An amazing range of food, it's like stepping into an old fashioned market. The ombionce is second to none, the service, sublime, the decor to die for. A splendid day out, is recommend it to anyone, beats Butlins, hands down.
Dear tasha had a really bad experience during lockdown only to be compounded by in store visits the lockdown experience was reported to your customer services who did nothing about it my delivery was set back 3 times then I was told it wasn't coming at all only for it to turn up at 11 o'clock at night when I was just going to bed as I appreciate that every one at this period was under stress how I was delt with by customer services was not a pleasant experience nor was it when I visited your store would like to shop there again as it is local to where I live Regards Mark Britton

ParkingEye on site: Be advised: Asda, Parson Ctoss, Sheffield 5 .....and many other locations to boot. I undertook a Click and Collect today for the FIRST and LAST time. Asda who have a similar review profile to their partner ParkingEye - in the RED. They are a match, customers despise them both. They don't care though. See ASDA reviews on Trustpilot. Disgraceful. Today (27/08/22) -NO SIGNS before entry and NO WARNINGS on their website site, to indicate ANPR / camera footage or restrictions. I annoyingly spotted their signs once parked up. Don't hide Asda ...you use this sham of a company. Shameful to be aligned with them....but a match for each other! I evidenced on phone camera and car dashcam arrival and exit time and immediately have made DSAR to both Asda and ParkingEye. IF we all did this they could be brought to their knees. I don't trust either of them, especially because I am suing Asda presently. Be prepared and be careful ....they can hold your Reg details and then decide up to 6 years later to put you in court. Get evidence if you must access facilities like this. Swansea make millions per year selling our details to these merchants and our court's benefit too. What a system. My Click and Collect did not go to plan either. Disorganised customer service team and collection system that is poor. Collection delays and leaking bleach over my goods!
Last minute shopping, no mobility scooter as it’s broken so I struggled with my crutch & a basket. Couldn’t wait to get to checkout & go home. I was fumin as there was no checkouts open & I had to struggle with self service. Oh boy was that fun! Light came on a few times & staff came to sort it. Could see I was struggling but no one offered to help! I was so grateful when my daughter had finished her shopping & came to help me with mine. Lots of shelves are empty & check your fresh produce as lots are bashed & bruised.
