   I honestly can't speak highly enough of this Tesco and the lovely staff that work here. A very rewarding, yet full-on job I imagine; with a fair amount of lifting, carrying, restocking, late nights, early mornings and of course, serving customers. But no matter what, the customer service is second to none! Martin is a truly excellent manager, being friendly, professional and always happy to help. Millie is also superb, providing exemplary customer service every time. She often makes the daily shop easier/quicker, having expert product knowledge and such a natural, easy and friendly demeanor. These things make such a big difference to a customer. Jill is also a star, she can find that last chocolate orange when all hope seems to be lost! The shop is honestly a pleasure to frequent, and wish all the staff (Lauren & Simon who are also great and everyone else) the very best.

   Jus arrived back from a soaking wet cycle to get my child some pain killers , I arrived at 10.50 place was closed , disgusted and very wet , for no reason , advertised as 11pm , I really wish it just said maybe 11 , at least I could’ve re routed to somewhere reliable

   My first time coming to Sheffield with my mum on the weekend and we chose to come to this Tesco express as we had a short amount of time to buy things for a family gathering. At first we found it hard to find the things we needed but one of the staff workers asked us if we were ok and if we needed help and she assisted us with our shopping and found us everything we were looking for and answered any queries we had. Without her we would have been left in a stuck position but she helped us find everything we needed. At the end we asked her name, Aisha, and she was polite and treated us with respect.

   This is my regular tescos visit on a daily basis the customer service and everything here is always fantastic! Came in on Monday 18th November around 10:30pmish the store was closed early due to really bad weather (snow). But some staff where still present in the shop. A young lady I think her name is millie, was absolutely amazing she opened up the shop again so I could get some bits and she was very pleasant and professional about it. Her customer service throughout the visits when I've been in have been spot on! Helpful, nice and very professional she's a credit to the tescos team! Danny M

   The staff did not allow a 30 yr old me proofing digitally that I’m over 18 to buy a canned cocktail drink. Honestly they don’t want sales.

   I love this store and love the selection they have. I almost never go to the big Tesco. But you’ve lost 2 stars because you ALWAYS run out of organic milk!!! I’ve left feedback for the manager twice but it still always happens.

   5 stars for the checkout staff and those in store who do a great job. 1 star for the member of staff who decides to have it out with those parked awkwardly...as a result of the selfish parking of others. Address the root cause of the problem! Until then I recommend going to Sainsburys up the road. The customers park with much more consideration and the parking attendants have more than one brain cell.

   Those managers need sacking here. I had to get the girl behind the counter to be press the bell and told her to get more servers as she was dilly dallying over a customer and the queue was building up. I could write a book about the bad points with this store. It does have one positive.... actually two positives... It's close and open while 11pm. Other than that it's shocking. Have lost count the times I've had to complain....

   A small but pretty well stocked store there is pretty much everything I need here, if you remember these Express shops tend to be used as top up on your regular shop shops and if you use this one like that as I do it seems to work perfectly, it is a few pence more expensive than the Tesco Superstore but I guess that's the price you pay for convenience and to be fair there are usually products on at mark down prices so I don't consider it a big deal. The fresh produce is well stocked and very fresh, there is also lots of bread to choose from , fresh donuts, and buns. For anyone wanting a sandwich there is always a really good meal deal range, and before leaving near the check out there is a Costa Coffee machine which smells gorgeous as you walk past, all in all this is really a great store, you won't wait long at the check out there are 2 people tills and the rest are fast self serve which make it very quick to do your shop, the only down side is the car park which can get crowded at busy times, and the road outside is double yellow lines for a few yards and also gets quite full with parked cars, on the positive, if you wait, cars move off quickly and you'll get a space.
